Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth

傳統日式建築，只有11間房，在由布院山上，行10分鐘去到金磷湖，服務照顧周全，員工有禮，懂英語，環境好靚，一泊兩食，食物精緻，房間內半露天私人溫泉十分舒適

전체적인 분위기와 온천은 너무 좋았지만 온풍기 안틀면 너무 춥고, 방음이 좋지 않아 아쉬웠습니다 ㅠ
조식은 맛있었고, 아침 온천도 좋았습니다!

다음 유후인 여행도 당연히 호테이야이며, 소중한 사람들을 데리고 오고싶다는 생각이 들었다.
모든 직원분들은 친절함은 기본, 유후인 자체의 인상이 좋아질 정도였다.

餐廳員工服務很好，有接駁車送你都由布院車站，但係我哋去嗰程唔記得預訂，行咗好遠，房間張床好好瞓，但係是不是會有簷蛇，壁虎同埋蟲仔，無啦啦跳去你身上，嚇**，但係因為係大自然環境，無可避免，但係瞓覺間房有蚊，好辛苦
Very nice staffs with exceptional services especially the staffs who served us in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel is a bit far from the main yufuin station. There are bugs and house snake and mosquitoes in the room, which shocked me from time to time, the air conditioning is noisy. But the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on.
