We booked 2 rooms for my family the rooms are spacious, a bit old furniture but the price is no complain. In my room the King bed was comfortable, just a bed hook on the side of bed stickied out and I kicked on it. The pool were great, the main swimming pool had a lot of leaves due to the wind. Services are great there, people are nice and professional. I just learned the Villa with 3 bedrooms is actually good price which I'm going to try that next time.

温泉可以😌 反覆去了兩次 酒店都不錯 但攜程訂房擔保金很難退 攜程服務現在特別差 原來一直用攜程 現在每次用都很差 非常非常差 如果大家能在繽客或者其他網上訂房最好 下次我也準備用其他網絡定門票和房間了 主要是因為攜程太差太貴

Water damage to ceiling. Shower got boiling when any toilet flushed. I heard the nextdoor guest's alarm go off, heard them use the toilet, then they got in the shower. Got placed on hold for 10 mins, two times, then got hung up on. There was ONE outlet that worked and they put an extension on it that had 6 other things plugged into it. WAY out of the way of palm springs. The only good things were the mattresses were from 2022, sheets were clean, and the spring pools were nice.

The hot springs pool are good. The hotel building itself is in need of major upgrades and redecorating. It is run down and dirty. The location is far from most of the areas a visitor would want to visit. There are not any nice dining places nearby. We would not stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Miracle Hot Springs. The Mountain View rooms had a great view. I was a little disappointed of the garbage people left by the pool when I came out there in the morning. The receptionist and employees were nice. We will definitely come back.

Price was right, and just at the passable level of clean and staff was nice. Bedsheets and towels looked and felt clean. Bathroom and room though were just tired and old. Water stains on ceiling, carpet was disgusting. This is a place which saw its prime probably 20 yrs ago.
