The staffs are so nice. But there is no on-site parking, and the off-site parking is quite far away. Other then that, everything are great.

This was my first visit to York. The hotel was ideally placed for visiting on foot all the sites as within the city walls. The room was really clean and had a fridge and kettle. It was very quiet and air conditioning on . Comfortable and excellent breakfast. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was some issue with the booking and the front-desk staff were quick to offer tea/coffee and get us seated while sorting out the issues. It took about an hour but the staff were professional and gave us an upgrade and a box of chocolates for the delay. Breakfast was decent with a rather good spread and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Note: pre book parking early as it can get very full and you’ll have to park further away.
