酒店風景優美，空間大，房間很寬敞，洗漱用品都齊全，設施設備還不錯，還可以憑房卡去免費體驗健身房和游泳池，大堂經理李靜服務熱情，關注入住感受，好評，下次還會再來的！

來益陽考試，選擇鳳凰酒店，環境確實很不錯，最主要安靜舒適，機器人送餐方便。辦理入住快捷，李經理升級房型，房型設計很好，入住空間非常大，有陽台，窗外景觀很好，使人心情舒暢。周邊環境也不錯，離考場進。下次有機會還會過來，強烈推薦。
張經理工作熱情，還贈送了小娃娃。入住體驗滿意。

首先表揚服務，酒店前台提前和我詢問了到店時間，滿足了我的入住需求，免費升級了房型，因為預訂了套餐，吃飯時間也安排得非常準時，房間也提前將空調打開了。其次，飯菜味道好，38節還送了美食，套餐份量很足，兩個人根本吃不完，值得推薦。房間設施，中規中矩，衞生乾淨，酒店周圍環境好，還有個圍湖的棧道，我和媽媽走了一圈，很舒服。早餐的手工麪非常好吃，總之，這個價位還是很值得推薦的，6019房間視野好。

入住體驗感還不錯，風景也挺好，洗漱用品齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，空間大，一點都不擁擠，還有一個很大的陽台，喝喝茶聊聊天感覺很愜意，大堂經理李靜服務熱情，關注客人入住感受，好評，下次還會再來

酒店入住還是一如既往呢好，會提前諮詢入住需求，李經理幫忙升級湖景房。非常貼心，還提前打開了空調，送了入住水果，細節服務很到位，酒店景觀房環境視眼都非常好，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，大堂有個大書吧，閑暇時可以坐下來看看書，非常愜意，大堂吧的咖啡很不錯，早餐味道也很好，服務都很熱情，用餐環境也不錯，每次回來都會選擇
