香格里拉服务very nice to us. Especially 余小慧👍🏻 she is helped me every problem, very nice to me. If I go for a business trip to Yiwu, I want to visit here🫶😆

Hotel location is very good, near to market. Breakfast delicious, Only facilities in the room need to be renewed due to old fashion.

When I entered the room, there was a moldy smell that only went away after the air conditioner had been running for a while. I checked in in the morning, and the front desk said they would change my room in the afternoon. By the next day at 3 PM, the room had still not been changed. I called four times to follow up, and they finally changed my room at 8 PM. I asked the staff to inform their manager to give me a call, but no one called me before I left the hotel.

Amazing experience in Shangri-La yiwu….From start till the end every staff has been helpful especially Jianhui wang….She made sure that our stay was comfortable …
