酒店的地理位置挺不錯的，在熱鬧的位置，對面就是火車站，人流很大，周邊酒店也很多，我們就就近隨便找了一家，有自己的地下停車庫，吃飯很方便，總體來説可以

酒店大堂及房間寬敞明亮，客房乾淨整潔，床單被罩枕頭衞生潔凈，洗漱用品齊全，價格實惠，早餐品質對得起這個價位，下次還會再來光顧的。

定了四間家人一起出行，第三次入住一如既往地好，房間乾淨服務人員熱情，，下次經過還選擇華盛，門口一條街都是飯店對面火車站，吃住行都非常方便和滿意

差 管理人真的很無語 這麼毫無人性的入住體驗不愉快。辦理入住時，是店長還是誰 一個*** 真的很噁心前台工作人員態度傲慢冷漠，沒有主動提供任何服務。此外，房間內衞生狀況不佳，床單和枕頭上有很多污漬，讓我感到非常不適。以後都不會來

剛進酒店就有家的感覺，大廳寬敞明亮又大氣，前台服務很熱情還有免費的花茶，環境舒適，衞生乾淨住的很舒服，交通又方便，真的是出門在外的酒店首選。

兩個問題：
1. 酒店價格浮動特別快 我訂的時候一個價格 過了一陣子回去看又是一個價格 果斷把第一次的給退了 而且這價格一會就又變了 假期漲價能理解 但一直跳來跳去什麼意思
2. 攜程客户寫了可以兑換升級房型 可前台説沒有 我們這房子都一樣 沒有。 還好我沒用積分去兑換 不然不虧？這個問題是酒店問題，你沒有為什麼故意勾選這種顯示？ 就像公司招聘寫繳納五險一金，入職才發現公積金不繳納，這就是欺騙顧客。
3.床和枕頭太軟了，躺下去都凹進去了。枕頭跟棉花似的。
總體説一句，位置不錯。鷹潭不是熱門旅遊城市，價格看得過去。有吃的喝的。火車站對面。但服務完全跟不上，大晚上前台不知道是不是不是正式員工，感覺不太行。
