最開始對於他家的評分，我猶豫再三，但是最後還是抱着試一試的心態過來了。
很慶幸選擇了這家酒店，領父母出來遊玩，訂了兩個標間，環境很好，房間很大。
其次温泉不管是不是真的，室內室外的泡的也都很舒服。所以我覺得價格和這個環境還算是匹配的。
幾個小問題是:
第一，標間沒有空調，衹有排風，供暖之後很熱，熱的有些睡不着覺；
第二，房間內有浴缸但是沒有一次性浴缸套提供，我個人不太敢泡澡，不過也沒必要，有温泉；
第三，最好自己帶泳衣泳褲來，酒店內的價格有些貴的離譜（個人感覺）。
其他都不錯，錯峯出行，入住這裡是個不錯的選擇。

D區的別墅也太差了。。。進屋到處都是瓢蟲，衞生間沒有裝防臭地漏，臭味薰得卧室裏也有味。開了一個晚上通風，絲毫沒有改善。
入住完全沒有人員引導，黑燈瞎火自己開進來。這要放在江浙滬，必須都是服務人員開電瓶車送進入住的吧。
前往温泉和早餐都需要自己來回開車。温泉的更衣室，臟得不行，且不配浴巾，衹有一件浴袍。
早餐，節假日居然衹有兩個小時，9點結束。
這1600一晚的房價，讓我見識了東北人的大膽，但也斬掉了可能的回頭客生意。

十一假期對不滿意的酒店沒有之一，温泉酒店大堂一股臭拖鞋味道，就是去泡温泉的拖鞋，胡亂擺放在大桶裏。房間門口已過去就有一堆垃圾，陽台還有煙盒，進去沙發上還有頭髮，床上也有！！！房間裏有蒼蠅還不止一衹！誰能想到我2k訂的酒店會被幾衹蒼蠅吵得睡不着覺！！服務非常差勁浪費了這麼好的地理位置

雖然從伊春回來很長時間了，但還是一定要點評一下。酒店環境很好，房間看得出本來的硬件也不算差。關鍵是入住後進房間發現打掃根本形同虛設。廚房的枱面上有上個住户吃剩下的水果，關鍵是進衞生間看到了如圖的場景！打電話向前台反應，不一會，來了一個老大爺。他説保潔阿姨下班了，他先過來看看情況。他也是當場一整個震驚。出門拿了馬桶刷又進來當起了保潔。老大爺真的不容易，大晚上的我也很寬容了。但這衞生狀況，放在整個酒店界都是非常炸裂的存在。

三個字：非常差！
定的別墅（三房間），2000多！下午4點入住，前台check in給了房卡，開車去馬路對面七拐八拐終於找到房間，車開不到別墅門口，衹能推大箱子步行。一開門，臟亂差，根本還沒收拾房間！又折騰開回前台，才説安排打掃！餐廳也很差！晚餐自助68一位，非常難吃！根本沒有任何服務意識！早餐更差！總之一切都是臟亂差！再也不會來了！奉勸不要踩坑！充其量就是個最差的農家院！滿屋子的蟲子！

上午11點多到的，前台給房卡讓我自己去看，結果屋子沒收拾，返回前台，前台告訴下午2點才能收拾，這不是折騰我玩呢嘛。攜程上顯示上午10點多就可以入住，如果不能，為什麼不告知下，我會去辦別的事，晚些到，結果在酒店等了半天，心情很差，是我在攜程定的最差的一次酒店，水果就更不用提了，根本沒有，如果辦不到請不要虛假宣傳！！！

住的別墅區，和温泉區是分開的，泡温泉和早餐都要自己開車來回，很不方便。酒店硬件不錯，軟件服務方面很差，整個別墅找不到服務員，泡温泉的地方也找不到服務員，前台電話一直打不通，打通後沒説完就掛電話，體驗很不佳，唯一好的就是周邊景色很美。

先説優點，寶宇的環境真的是一絕，酒店坐落在羣山環抱之中，景色優美宜人，後山有黑熊黑豬等大小動物看，獨棟別墅錯落有致，恍惚間都有在北歐/加拿大的感覺。早餐偏中式，樣式還可以，國慶期間人比較多，需要提前排隊等位。
再説缺點，房間裏全是一堆蟲子，蟲子屍體掃都掃不完，一個掛星標一晚1500的酒店裝一個密閉的紗窗是很困難的事情嗎？另外，酒店前台服務非常非常差勁，先打電話反應蟲子問題，打完第一個電話，等了快20分鐘沒人打掃，再打第2、3個電話問什麼時候解決房間問題的時候，入駐前台就在假模假樣地假裝電話聽不見，非要下樓和前台大聲理論才搭理並派人解決問題，説她是在假裝聽不見是因為後面再打電話問WIFI密碼就完全沒有電話聽不到的問題，從來沒在酒店見過這麼low的前台，如果需要客户等可以説，有必要這麼騙人噁心人？行為非常之噁心卑劣。如果寶宇酒店有合理的績效考核，這樣的員工不應該放在前台對接客户，或者儘早開除吧。

去伊春旅遊第一站選擇的這裏，以為是一個好的開始，結果……花了將近兩千塊錢定的獨棟別墅，一進門被各種蜘蛛網纏身，到處都是蟲子，隨處被纏蜘蛛網，入住一宿洗了兩次澡，總覺得身上還有蜘蛛網，和酒店前台溝通房間情況，也沒什麼用。害得一宿穿着衣服戴着帽子睡覺。在伊春這個價格酒店應該不便宜了。體驗感太差了，我從來不寫評價，但是你們酒店環境衞生真的要整治一下！還有房間內之前遺留下來的食品紙，我認為衞生方面應該排在所有服務的第一位吧，也是給顧客留下的第一印象。圖片供大家參考吧！
