The staff is very friendly, the environment is very classy and if you like the old Victorian style this is the place for you! I enjoyed it
I ordered for flowers and the hotel staff helped me very much and delivered it to my room , making it super convenient for me

The reception desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Our suite was comfortable and our request for a utensil was met promptly. Breakfast was good. We had a most pleasant stay and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Yichang again.

The property is a bit old but i recommend it due to location and service is very good although ENGLISH is limited. The breakfast is good with a variety of local and western foods. I asked for a cheese omelette and was better than expected.

出差來宜昌，網上訂的華美達，酒店處於市中心地帶。周邊出行方便，陶朱路美食街也在附近。離江邊也近，吃完飯去江邊溜溜彎非常愜意。酒店的工作人員非常熱情特別是大堂經理Kelly非常的熱情專業。

來宜昌入住華美達酒店，辦入住手續，晶晶服務很熱心，辦入住手續很快。定了兩天房間，給安排了女性樓層，免費做一個升級。服務很好，有衣服掉了房間 問了晶晶就幫忙找到了很不錯。
