Tamara is just like the wow. We found the place to be extremely peaceful with a beautiful view from the balcony and above average food. Also had some fun shopping for souvenir at Veren*** and testing my super bad archery skills in the games room. Wish I had borrowed some books to read. Amazing folks who were extremely hospitable with a special mention to the ever smiling and pleasant Har****a at the front desk.

One of the best place we have been ever, been ti ***y good hotels and resorts , but the hospitality here was next level , you name it ans that department and that person was always ready to serve you , there is always a yes sir Still the best part was water they are serving you , they’re have a separate bottling plant , and we felt it , water we were drinking was super , we could really feel it Also breakfast was amazing, cant expect anything more then what they are serving , you will be full but want to have more , we would really miss that part Over all one of the best property to be when in Coorg

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and ***agers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. I would also like to spotlight chef Mr.Sanjaya and his whole team, who worked so hard to make our stay as pleasant and tasty as possible. We even had the pleasure to participate in a 'chocolate moulding' activity, where Mr.Sanjaya guided us through the whole process with kindness, genuine interest and professional tips and advice. Very much appreciated, we had so much fun! And those delicious handmade sweets which we created by our own hands were only icing on the cake. We also had a massage. Let me just say, it was not your ordinary massage. Sitting in the chair in fresh air, facing the forest and flowers, and listening to chirping birds was extraordinary. And of course it was complemented with gentle music, smell of aromatic oils and a super relaxing massage. Service and attitude of every single staff member (whether waiters, spa personnel, buggy drivers, receptionist, pool caretakers, or any other) was the same - they were all so very kind, respectful and helpful. I could not get enough of this resort and the multitude of experiences it offers. It

Our stay at Tamara was amazing. We are a couple and had visited for 3 days & 2 nights. The view is mesmerizing and there are multiple in house activities/experiences like short & long treks, bird watching, plantation tours, coffee brewing session, spa and saunas, live music and more. We had taken the couple spa session and it was awesome with all ayurvedic products. The food was great with multiple buffet items - our sever Sourav was very hospitable and catered to all our requests/needs. The chefs here cater to 1:1 requests. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely recommend to all.

One big thank you to CHEF SANJAY. During our recent stay at this beautiful resort, we were absolutely delighted by the culinary experience provided by the talented Chef. Tried different types of cuisines like North/South Indian, Pan Asian and Italian, each dish was a delightful journey of flavours and presentation. The Chef's dedication to using fresh ingredients and detail to our food preferences elevated our dining experience. Chef Sanjay also showcased a great Culinary session, we got to learn a lot of things. A South Indian lunch by Chef Anand was flavourful. The hospitality shown by the Chef extended throughout the entire restaurant team. The Restaurant ***ager Mr. Akhilesh deserves special commendation for ensuring that everything ran smoothly and for going above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. The restaurant staff were always attentive and friendly like Dinesh, Bidappa, Rak****h, Shivam, Sandeep, Koushik to name a few. We were pleasantly surprised when the General ***ager Mr.Saswata took the time to check in with us personally to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and attention from the ***agement, and it certainly added a personal touch to our experience. The Front Desk team - Ms.Preethy was always helpful and efficient. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries or requests were greatly appreciated. Lastly, a big thank you to the Housekeeping team and Mr.Deepak for their constant follow-up and ensuring that our room was always impeccably clean and comfortable. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Few suggestions: Please go for a steel water heater in rooms in place of Plastic ones to give a good overall experience. Kindly ensure the rooms/doors are all well fixed and covered with no gaps to avoid numerous insects and reptiles, we personally experienced this and can’t emphasis enough on this. Also, accommodate a better toothpaste experience. 
 Overall, our stay at this resort was made truly memorable by the exceptional team who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning soon and indulging in more of the Chef Sanjay’s culinary delights and the warm hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommended!

I visited this resort on April 11th, stayed there for 2 nights with my spouse, it was a special occasion for us to celebrate. Overall everything in the resort is above our expectations.we had nice time. I want to say thanks to Mrs.PREETHI from the front desk ,she took care of everything from the time of before check in till the time of check out.overhall atmosphere is serene,had comfortable stay.

The finest property we have ever stayed in. The cottages are so well located and perched to have a beautiful view of the sprawling estate. The rooms are very well appointed. The staff in attendance were quite friendly and courteous. The candle light dinner organised was very ro***tic and tucked away from the crowd. The setup was extremely pleasing to the eyes. We would certainly come back during the monsoon

I think this might be the best resort in Coorg? Albeit delayed but wanted to review it as everything about this place was a 10/10. Stayed here for 4 days and the Internet from the room is good to support working whilst you are here. Rooms have ample space and light, beds are comfy. You get your privacy and it's tucked inside a huge property and transports you to serenity. Enough activities to keep you occupied from yoga to a small hike n coffee plantation tour ***** with entire coffee prep process. Their organic coffee is bought by Starbucks, so yeah. Their restaurant is located next to a tiny waterfall and is beautiful. They have wonderful music session which compliments the ambience. And one of the best parts here is the food - FANTASTIC! Literally tried everything off the menu during our stay and can't fault even one dish. I would highly recommend. The only thing that really put me off is that I wanted a packed breakfast for our journey instead of having it there (complimentary)and they charged 800inr per packed plate for the same which we came to know during check out - really put a bad taste in my mouth!
