The rooms are clean and the front desk is always on call. The servers are really nice people.

We were give a room with a small balcony that is infront of a park. Lovely and Very memorable view and experience! The breakfast though the same every morning still tasted good, clean and fresh! Thank you for the memorable birthday!

My wife and I stayed in this small boutique hotel in Yerevan twice now. And we have very warm and positive feelings about our stays. Very comfortable rooms, excellent location, very good breakfasts and cozy atmosphere throughout your stay. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. In particular, Artur helped us a lot on our way back to the airport as there were all city round problems with local taxi service. Highly recommended for short- to medium-term stay in Yerevan.

I liked everything about this property. Everywhere was accessible from this property. Center of the town. Staff were very nice and friendly. I liked their breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a small cozy hotel in a 5-minute walk to the Republic Square. We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a view to a small park. Clean and spacious enough for a couple. Great and relaxing service at the reception. Daily cleaning service. A good continental breakfast is served downstairs.

Hotel is located directly in the city which is very convenient and the staff are very nice and professional… Only negative aspect was the rooms were extremely small so if you like a big room upgrade
