Rivers Edge Treehouses

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to do Tail of the Dragon and the surrounding mountain roads in our sports car. The entrance and access roads allowed for a low profile car and the provided water hose made a quick clean up easy. We really enjoyed the coziness of the room and the easy access to the surrounding areas. Also enjoyed talking with the other guests. We would stay again if we if go to the same area.

This was my second visit and it was as amazing as my first over 5 years ago. It's exactly as described and very well maintained. It is very peaceful and quiet after a long day of charging through the wonderful roads and beautiful landscape. I'll be back again next year if not sooner as it's the perfect place for a piston-head.

This is an amazing place. Seems so secluded but only 5 minutes to area restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a must place to visit. Would definitely go back when traveling the area. You cannot go wrong staying here. Beautiful place and well kept.

Great cabin with everything we needed! Ultra clean. Quiet deck overlooking the creek….even gas grill! Loved listening to the creek. Fire pit available. Highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys nature….and modern comforts.

Peaceful, private solo stay at the black walnut treehouse. Cozy fireplace, covered parking for the car, felt safe & secure. Loved the views of the river. This place is very clean, well-appointed, and well-run. So unique! Don’t hesitate to book.

I recently stayed at Rivers Edge Treehouses and it was lovely. The kitchenette was well-equipped, the view was stunning, the bed was comfy, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. I had a lovely time and would highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway.

We spent a wonderful extended weekend at River’s Edge Treehouse Resort with our two standard poodles. We packed as if we were camping so we could just chill at the treehouse and river. It is so much more than you would imagine. The treehouses boast beautiful views through glass windows and inserts in the front facing the river, beautiful bedroom, super nice bathrooms, coffee, coffee maker, electric heat fireplace, microwave, mini refrigerator with a separate freezer, glasses and coffee cups. Housekeeping comes by daily, close to Robbinsville if you don’t want to cook, on beautiful Cheoah River, gas grills on each treehouses deck, with fire pits, picnic tables and seating in the center of the six treehouses and at the river.

I could not be happier that I was able to find this place. I had a couple days between meetings and wanted somewhere to relax and get some hiking in, and this was absolutely perfect. I could not recommend this place enough,

The word "treehouse" was what first attracted us to this place. And that's exactly what it was. In fact, our house had a tree growing up through the porch, right by the front door. It was quiet, secure, and the accommodations were clean, roomy and comfortable.
