Although I wrongly booked a Smoking room, front desk staff is willing to change a non-smoking room, she followed me to go back the room to collect luggage and leaded me to the new room. Later, she personally delivered pillows and slippery to my room, excellent service

It's a simple hotel that seems to cater to business people mostly. There's a parking lot, which is very convenient.
For the first time in all the time I've lived in Japan, I asked for residence card, which I thought was odd.

普通のビジネスホテルですがそれがいいです。料金もお安く泊まりやすいです。よく利用させていただいております。会員になれば11時まで無料でチェックアウト時間を延長できます。温泉も狭いですが気持ちいいです。また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

구마모토 공항에서 공항버스를 타고 호텔 앞 버스정류장이 있어 접근성이 좋았으며, 야쓰시로 시내 한복판에 있어서 구마강변 산책, 시청을 포함한 성역, 쇼헨켄, 박물관까지 도보로
이동가능한 편리한 곳에 있었고, 체크인을 포함한 룸키, 조식권 제공, 체크아웃시 편리했고, 조식은 대단히 만족했습니다.
1층 목욕탕도 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

お部屋は清潔感がありました
喫煙室を利用させて頂きましたがリセッシュがお部屋に用意されていて良かったです
アメニティもフロント前で使う分のみ持って行く感じです
ただお部屋の扉が薄いのか廊下で話されてる声や行き来しているドアの音などが聞こえ深夜だと気になります
フロントの方はとても親切で丁寧な説明をされますので気持ちの良いホテルです

ロケーションもとても良く、駐車場も完備されているので利用しやすい。チェックインも待たずにすぐできるので良い。

素泊まりで一泊の利用させていただきました。どちらのスタッフさんも笑顔で心から伝わる気配りを感じました。若干古さは感じましたが、清掃が行き届いて清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。お風呂は大浴場がありましたが時間が合わなかった為、お部屋のお風呂を利用しました。また利用したいホテルだと思いました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

車中泊にするかホテルにするか迷ってたら、昔一度利用したことのあるこのホテルが付近の最安値でヒットし、決めました。大通り沿いの専用駐車場が満車だったので電話したらフロントの女性がわざわざ駐車場まで来てくれ、第2、第3駐車場を丁寧に教えてくれました。大変感じの良いフロントさんでした。また、朝食バイキングの係の人達も親切な接客で美味しく食事ができました。また機会があれば利用します。
