Exceptional service: it was our 20th wedding anniversary and Artels Hotel surprised us with a surprise cake. Very thoughtful and memorable.
Clean, quiet rooms. Great bath towels. Tasty breakfast. Great location in Penglai within easy walking distance to many top-rated tourist attractions. Definitely would highly recommend.

Nice play to stay, clean and quiet (all Penglai is quiet in winter anyway), WiFi worked properly. Not far for a mall with a supermarket and restaurants.People at front desk try to help, but not much English spoken here. Anyway, all went well. I was in the Artels side of the hotel, without breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful!Great location.It's a walking distance to the beach.There are restaurants outside the hotel.The rooms are clean and comfortable.The staff at the hotel are fantastic.They are friendly, have great attitude and very helpful..They make customers feel welcomed.The breakfast is delicious.I would definitely stay there again.

📝定的雙床標間，到店溝通後特別爽快就給換了大床房
🌊酒店距離海邊超級近，距離蓬萊閣和八仙過海景區步行就很方便，唯一不好的是周圍沒什麼好吃的餐館
設施：比較新，健身房和洗衣房都有，還有會議室，並且碰到了兩家辦婚禮的，房間電視稍微小點。 。
衞生：打擾的還可以，不過沒有浴袍，拖鞋有點薄，洗漱用品比較一般
環境：挺好的，中央還有個小花園，不大但足夠了
服務：不錯，就是大廳的咖啡居然是需要付費的🤣，早餐種類不多

大堂很大氣，在蓬萊閣和八仙過海，三仙山的中間位置，去景點比較方便，餐廳全日制二十四小時，門類齊全，Candy服務很好。
中午入住出門溜達去了八仙過海逛了逛，看了海豹，登高望遠，然後去了海灘，下午進入三仙山，景色宜人，一直到晚上夜景更美。

酒店乾淨整潔，設施齊全。離海灘近，夜晚可以在沙灘遛彎。離景區近，走路就能到蓬萊閣東門。離商店近，旁邊就是寶龍廣場。感謝前台chloe的耐心解答，服務熱情周到，我們在蓬萊收穫了非常滿意的十一旅行。

應該是蓬萊最好的酒店了。酒店的位置絕佳，出門右手走一分鐘看海，對面就是商業街。套房房間挺寬敞，有兩個衞生間，其中衹有一個有衞浴，但是是浴缸，沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡，馬桶就濕了。外間有一扇鎖着的門，颳大風的話，如果睡在外間，那個門總會砰砰響，比較影響睡眠；但是裡間不受影響。房間有兩個電視，但都無法手機投屏。

房間打掃的很乾凈，設施很新，酒店整體環境不錯，而且距離景點很近。工作人員服務很好，尤其是Candy小姐姐，很熱情，有問題能及時解決；餐廳飯菜種類很多，味道不錯
