第一天入住，從進門開始説吧，這裏的家庭房配備了閉門器，加上房門稍微變形，需要用力關門才可以，不知道是不是其他房間也有此情形，能聽到其他房間砰砰關門聲；開門迎面而來的是泡菜味+濃郁的大蒜味，好在廚房有油煙機，雖然動靜大點，但總算能派上用場；垃圾桶配備不足，衹有廚房和廁所有，吃個零食還得到處找垃圾桶。第二天天氣不好，大風，不知道哪個下水口串味，滿屋異味，開窗通風半天稍微好點了。這裏跟天馬國際公寓還不一樣，外賣能送上樓，大晚上能聽到其他房間外賣送到的聲音。也有值得稱讚的地方，孩子下海，濕衣服較多，沒地晾，服務員貼心的給送了摺疊晾衣架。自助餐二樓三樓都可以，第一天去三樓，門口貼個通知，説暫停使用，又去的二樓，結果二樓客服人員覺得難以置信，説能通過，像我們説謊了一樣。餐品和湯都不熱，温温的不舒服。第二天在三樓就餐，黃桃和梨罐頭口感很差，葡萄也不是很新鮮，西瓜好吃。退房時客服問了入駐感受，我説房間有異味，客服説下次可以直接換房間。其實我覺得開門那個撲面而來的泡菜大蒜味，應該保潔人員打掃房間時就能發現，而不是由房客反應才去補救。

房間很大很乾淨，有提供咖啡及水果。
我的房間窗子很大，可以看到很多生活民區。
因為樓下餐廳有限，建議購買酒店¥38的自助早餐。
走路約15分鐘即可到達海邊。
酒店座落於安靜區域，如果不追求一下樓就能購物的話，這裡是個不錯的選擇。

關於歡迎水果：本人表示從未見過還是説晚上11點之後入住的不需要送
房間的無線網絡：一直聯不上網，跟酒店反饋網絡不可用，工作人員告知，讓我連別的房間的，我想請問我你們是在搞笑嗎，每個房間都有自己獨立的網絡，何況別的房間訊息也是極差，根本聯不上，麻煩培訓好了在上崗好嗎
關於空調：響的和拖拉機的聲音，一晚上可以説是半睡半醒，沒有任何解決方案，大晚上説來給我們看一下，敢請教一下，我們是晚上不需要休息嗎，白天時間你們都在幹什麼，不知道檢查房間的設施設備嗎，每個月不定期檢查嗎？
服務 房間設施還不如個快捷酒店！服務也麻煩提升一下吧，天天拉搭個臉，和欠你們****一樣，簡直找個快捷酒店學學人家酒店前台的服務！

I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning.
All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic.

Favorite hotel in Yantai. Friendly staff. They take care of me even without requests. Spacious and well-equipped room. Hotel Also recommended for value for money

Good location - close to the golden beach, shopping malls and park. Even though there is a small kitchen in the room there are no cooling utensils. 02:00 AM another couple on our floor had an argument in our hallway - woke everyone up and lasted for about an hour. They were shouting and the child was crying… this was a bad experience for us.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here… The room was beautiful… I had a great view. The gift was a nice gesture, although they did forget. They had a laundry service, an entertainment area (which I didn’t get to visit) and a gym. I felt the gym was a little neglected though… the view wasn’t great and could been cleaner… i don’t know if other guests care about the gym. I wished I tried their breakfast, I will go back just to try.
