Dongshan Guesthouse

Morning prepared for us an unpleasant surprise. We came to another building for a breakfast around 8:20 (it’s supposed to be served 7:00-9:00) and found out that not only it didn’t match its description: there’s no western food, just Chinese one but also was in a very limited amount not enough for all the guests, most of containers were empty! Also there were no drinks at all (not even water!) and no cups or glasses! I managed to get myself literally a drop of tea in a bowl. After asking for a breakfast fee refund hotel sent us a fruit plate as an apology. But the biggest disappointment was yet to come. Sea water swimming pool left me speechless. It turned out that we have to pay for using it 120¥ (not including swimming cap) per person each single time as well as for other recreational facilities. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Okay, we paid. And what for? For the worst ever shower and locker room, for old seedy and torn towels, for absence of essentials along with neglection of privacy and security. Shower and toilet have no doors, there’re absolutely no toiletries, shower and locker rooms’ doors cannot be locked, lockers have no keys and also can’t be locked, ventilation doesn’t work and drains are clogged so these two small rooms turn into steamy smelly swamp with garbage and hair. Moreover there’s only one hairdryer plugged into a loose socket at the empty reception near the exit.

位置非常優越，距離海邊非常近。屬於園林酒店，綠樹成蔭，鳥語花香。不過，內部設施略顯陳舊，如果能夠重新裝修內部空間就更有競爭力

喜歡安靜，酒店環境很nice,後門出去就是棧橋，東炮台，月亮灣，6號樓前台和客房服務人員態度好

我又來了哈哈哈，早上離開太早沒有來得及看山景。房間一如既往大，雖然不是現代智能風格，但是乾淨衞生，地理位置也好。估計半年後還會再來哈哈哈

海景一步之遙，很舒適。

國賓館的範兒，非常棒！中餐廳也很棒！感謝大廚，滿足了我們的味蕾，佛跳牆是我吃過的最美味的，大鮑魚難忘，酒店門口就是超級棒的海景，煙台山，虞美人廣場，漁人碼頭都非常近

景色絕對OK 亭台樓閣 小橋流水 後門直通棧橋 交通方便 給足了得天獨厚的優越感 房間設施有些年份 但空間足夠大 想必服務人員 時常認真接待LD們很辛苦 養成抬頭挺胸往上看的好習慣 忘記了如何幫助客人解決問題 客人多，碰面打招呼太麻煩 直接省掉這個平等的相處模式 愣生生的把自己華麗轉身為高高在上的樣子 這是我對號稱國賓館的初步認知 勤儉節約是美德 早餐不是一般的簡單 ಠ╭╮ಠ

賓館自助早餐68元一位嫌貴，是這回到煙台威海7天除了兩天民宿無早餐外沒在賓館吃的一頓。按大眾點評指引自開車出去買的25元油條，麻團，雞蛋、稀飯，糊辣湯回來吃。賓館位置較好，住的房間窗側面透過前面房子遮擋能看到海。屬政府、單位會議接待型賓館。洗澡的那個按摩型噴淋坐噴是壞的，手執花灑座不能調角度，不如民宿的普通淋浴。700多元的房費不能在賓館內游泳，另要150元一位，讓兒子很失望。第一天在萊西住的290元的賓館都有免費的游泳桑拿服務。好在賓館乾淨衞生，房間較大，停車方便，沒時間在賓館內逛逛，迎賓樓東邊的6號樓部分房間看海可能更好些。相比威海的東山賓館服務要差一些。
