酒店很大氣漂亮，辦理入住時是一位鍾女士，親切熱情，效力高，給她一個贊，有問必答，很多安全提示，似家，賓至如歸，大山的酒店還是很有特色的，挨着景點空氣好。

服務：前台小潘姐姐服務態度特別好，最讓我暖心❤️的是她在辦完入住是發現我小孩有肚子不舒服，給我們送了肚齊貼，小潘姐姐太暖心了，第二天大概9點半左右還打電話到房間問昨晚休息的好嗎？最重要的是還問小孩好點了沒，非常感謝小潘姐姐給你點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這家酒店非常有古典美的風範，這裏的環境地理位置都非常好，值得推薦，尤其是前台小潘的的專業素養及高水準的業務技能點贊👍，最後給酒店提點小小建議房間衞生有待加強，還有餐廳服務員的服務態度很好有待提高！

早餐很美味～泰式咖喱粉巨好吃～我連吃了3天哈哈哈。而且酒店服務態度非常好 尤其是尹梅香、廖羣、小潘這三位小姐姐 一開始定的B區 但是房間有黴味 聞着很不舒服，跟前台小姐姐反應後，立刻幫忙免費升級到A區。非常感謝！讓我們全家度過了一個愉快的假期！

這個地方怎麼説 反正不想去第二次 服務這些都還不錯的 就是整體設施跟不上 還有一個太潮濕了 很重很重的黴味 600多一晚不含門票 在景區裏的酒店 也是有點黑 景點就更沒有東西看了。工作人員都很好 都很熱情 就是地方不行！

國慶假期前我們在網上預訂了豪利維拉酒店，到了以後，發現我們預訂的房間不適合長者和小孩（三個長者，四個小孩）；為了滿足長者和小孩的需求，酒店的經理、主管、領班都十分關注，特別是潘超紅領班，她嫻熟的業務能力，熱情周到的服務，讓長者和小孩享受到舒適與便捷，讓我們全家感受到了温馨。感謝酒店讓我們全家度過了一個歡愉的假期。

酒店在神農谷中心，天然的大氧吧，空氣很好，離兩三個觀景台很近，換乘車站也在酒店旁，非常方便，適合休閑度假，休養身體。酒店的服務超五星，B 區維修， 這次給我們温馨升級到了 A 區客房。 工作人員見面都打招呼，很有禮貌，衞生也搞得很乾凈，而且前台的工作人員都很熱情，這次尤其感謝小潘小姐姐，細緻耐心的解答我們的疑問，給我們徒步登山觀景提了很多寶貴的建議。酒店的自助早餐很豐盛，味道很好。我們都很滿意這次入住，體驗很好。

整體評價非常滿意。入住酒店設施完備。員工服務熱情。衞生整潔乾淨到位。可聽潺潺溪水。可呼吸負氧離子極高的清新空氣。餐食可口，搭配講究。

靠近景點，除了有些潮濕其它都還不錯，潮濕也能理解地理位置在這裏，帶娃選了酒店還是比民宿乾淨舒適很多，暑假期間人很多，就是酒店飯菜價格高了點，也沒有充電樁，前台小潘很貼心還送了水果，進了酒店因為帶娃要求換了床單也給換了，總體還不錯就是沒有能連續住兩天訂不到房，淡季時候過來還是很不錯的體驗
