Very well run and managed facility. Staff is attentive and well trained. Little stuff; no shelf in the shower so no place to put your shampoo, razor , soap etc.. Toothpaste in a paper envelope is a dumb idea. Have to throw it away every day!!!

The hotel was quite nice but the bad thing about it is that they do not provide bottled water I wish they would do that

Always my first choice in Yangon, hotel is connected to shopping mall with many options for foods drinks and supermarket also available.
The pool are is nice with gym and sauna provided for guests

Nice hotel but it is a bit too small. However, what I like the most is refill water. The hotel give u a jar to get the free water at each floor.

The hotel seems to be a little old and the breakfast is not as good as it seems.

No welcome drink . The reception area was abit messy. There’s a lots staffs standing at reception & lobby area, but no use.
Inside the hotel room, the small refrigerator was empty and there has no mineral water bottle nor soft drinks . Also the fridge was not cold and although we adjusted the control button.
There has no tissue in hotel room. Inside bathrooms, hot/cold water button was spoiled both at shower and basin .
We orders dinner from hotel restaurant and Called them to collect the dishes after we ate but never come and collect until the next day we check out.

Less than 10 mins walk to junction square mall and about 25 mins to airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful
