Room is damp and has small cockroaches, has mold smell inside the room, service is not very good, insufficient amenities, need to renew room card every day in reception without informing firsthand

거기다가 양곤 도시풍경뷰는 정말 좋아요. 좋은 무료 아침 식사를 할수 있습니다. 아침을 먹으면서 까마귀는 조심하세요. 훔쳐갑니다

The wifi was good. Everything else was awful. It’s nothing like the pictures (pictures on *********** where we booked it). It’s getting old and DIRTY. The elevator is disgusting. The reception place itself is a shame: full of boxes and stuff that they are probably planning to sell. It’s more of a storage room than a reception. We booked it because of the reviews and when we arrived, we didn’t like the towels. They were old and brownish. The sheets were even worse. We asked them if they could change everything and provide white sheets and towels. They gave us a positive answer and we left for lunch. When we came back, our room was ready and of course sheets and towels were as brown and old as the previous ones. When we complained, they told us that unfortunately, they had only such towels and sheets. That was it. Useless to describe my anger and disappointment. Never again! The breakfast is served in the room: friend rice, noodles or vermicelli. That’s it. We decided not to have it after all we’ve seen at that hotel. Absolutely not worth it for this price.
