從入住到離店，非常滿意，服務態度太好了，房間的一線海景沒得説，是我住過最好的海景房，六點蹲的日出很幸運的蹲到了，真的好浪漫，海鮮也好鮮好鮮，沙灘是十里銀灘，很細膩的沙，海景好好👌下次還要還要還要住這來這。

第一來海陵島選擇這家公寓，很贊服務周到房間干淨衛生沒有很復雜，大方簡單，性價比高，位置好，老板介紹了吃飯和摩托艇🛥️太过癮了，海鮮太好吃了😋不枉此行，下次還要再來找老板玩。感謝老板介紹。

傍晚才趕到，去看了看大海，很美，前台辦理入住很快，提問的問題很有耐心解答，上到房間裏面，看見衞生挺好的，設施也都配齊，電視機空調冰箱都有，第二天買了生蠔，皮皮蝦，鮑魚，螃蟹，和朋友喝點菠蘿啤，談聊風生，舒服

酒店人員服務態度很不錯，去得比較早，房間可以挑選，選了陽台看出去就是海的，可以舒服的坐在陽台吹風看海。入住期間電視開不了，立馬上門處理， 沐浴室水花壓力足夠。下樓不遠處就是沙灘邊 玩完就可以直接回酒店休息。 300-500米左右比較多大排檔，可以試試海膽炒飯，還不錯。出去住玩不僅要景美，還要住得不糟心喔!

位置很好，距離海邊幾分鐘，超級無敵海景，性價比超高，位置:距離海邊兩百米，沙灘超級nice，白色細沙，是我見過最細的沙了衞生:衞生其實還好，衹是裝修顯得舊一點，不過完全不影響居住體驗性價比:超高性價比，超大陽台，無敵海景，躺在床上就可以看海。

海景真的很美，因為是第一次來，不認識，向前台小姐姐詢問哪裡有好吃的，小姐姐也耐心給我介紹，太感謝了，一點都不踩坑，吃了陽江著名的豬腸碌，瑪仔，還吃了海鮮，房間衞生打掃的也乾淨整潔，裏面的設施都有

在海邊住海景房 ，這個位置還有價錢真的很滿意，下樓就是小區門口出了門口過馬路就是海邊，帶孩子玩海累了就回房間，很方便附近吃的也多不想動就點外賣。第二天定了正面海景房老闆給升級了無敵海景躺床上看着大海真的很無敵啊。很推薦來這裏。

雨過天晴，天氣就是好，訂了個一房一廳雙床房，超大陽台看海景真的是太讚了，房間也很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，阿姨剛搞好的衞生，還消了毒，帶點消毒水味，陽台門一開，真的好涼爽的海風，海邊就在樓下，有人在玩海上項目，真的眼看心愜意，下次還要來。

好評不知道是怎麼來的？真的無語。想着保利應該管理不錯，真沒想到是這個樣子的：可能因為下雨電梯很臟，套房在22樓，走上樓，樓道破舊破爛，樓道里有垃圾，進到公寓裏面，一股腥臭味和黴味，茶几發黴，床上用品潮濕，有頭髮，衣櫃裏的灰塵不知多長時間未抹過，廁所裏沒有紙巾。黴味和潮濕可以理解，腥臭味原以為是海邊吹來的，把所有門窗打開通風再關起來還是一樣，一晚沒睡好，第二天媽媽的手在床頭櫃上摸了一下，整個手腥的，才發現是這個原因。剛入住時發現問題叫前台小姑娘上來看，剛開始説會叫阿姨上來送廁紙，再三強調要她上來看她才上來，上來還説：天天打掃的，就是阿姨沒弄乾凈。我問她：你們不檢查嗎？這個櫃子裏的塵也是每天落下的嗎？她還是強調有叫阿姨打掃的。晚上發現大門的安全鎖鏈是斷了的，陽台的玻璃門和客廳的窗門是鎖不上的，消防面罩也是壞的。清潔阿姨來更換床上甲品整個過程都黑着臉。衹能説這個度假公寓的管理根本沒有管理，不建議入住
