We stayed one night in the suite with 2 western style bed and 1 Japanese futon bed. The room has a tatami area with small table where we can enjoy some tea and snacks.
The room has a private onsen with Mount Fuji view. The view from the room is magnificent 🥹

I recommend This hotel !
Pros:
- great location near Narita airport. frequent shuttle bus. driver will put the luggage inside for guests. So nice.
- Great public amenities. love the hot spring pools. restaurants with good food choices. fair price. pleasant dinning settings. oversee beautiful garden.
- room is not small. big window with green views. mostly clean
Cons
- Only 1 Suggestions. the Hall way carpets on lower floor. are crying for replacement. won't cost much. but will make guests feel much better.
Overall. it's a nice hotel with decent pricing !

房間不錯，挺温馨的。風景絕了，巨美，衝著這個湖進化真的值得來。温泉也不錯，泡完很舒緩。附近有幾家飯館可以選擇。
不足的是這次被攜程坑了，定的時候寫了兩張床，看價格便宜我就定了，結果入住的時侯店員説是衹能一個人住，多一個人的話得再加一倍的價格600元，整個下來一共1200多元。結果我查到了一下當晚兩個人正常的是八百多九百，虧着還是國內的軟件，居然還要這種把戲，拿便宜來誤導消費者，絕了，跟我一起到達的另外兩對情侶也遇到了一樣的問題，主要也怪我們吧，沒注意看入住政策，有點想當然了，看到兩張床就覺得兩個人肯定沒問題，大家要注意。

訂的是湖景房，辦理入住的時候被前台告知我們定的房間入住有限制，價格是65歲以上的價格，我們兩個年輕人入住要額外各交1000日元（在訂酒店時並沒有標註年齡限制）。前台很禮貌表示他們也不知道為什麼我們能訂，協商過後決定先交了錢入住，後面再找攜程進行賠付（事實證明是平台的問題）
除此之外酒店都非常不錯，還提供温泉服務。房間在日本也不算小的了。周圍有幾家餐廳和租自行車的
第二天回東京 因為公交車突然晚點了差點趕不上回新宿的大巴，趕緊讓前台幫忙打車去大巴站，前台也處理的很好（山中湖這邊平台是不開放打車的 可能是因為比較偏）
對酒店的服務很滿意！

優點：清潔乾淨，酒店位於湖邊，到湖邊散步很方便。
缺點：辦理入住手續時沒有詢問我是否需要早餐，沒有告訴我早餐需要預約，結果第二天準備去吃早餐時工作人員問我是否預約早餐，無奈衹好去幾百米外的7-11購買麪包和牛奶。
另外，現場的酒店名稱是富士松園，而在攜程網顯示的是富士山莊酒店，希望兩者一致。

房間不小，很舒服，重點是！富士山就在你的眼前！早上特意五點多起來拍日出，真的太美了！酒店兩邊都有飯店，要走幾分鐘，不遠！從新宿站可以坐車到山中局，走幾分鐘到酒店，酒店價格便宜，旁邊有一家西餐廳好吃也不貴！建議大家沖啊！

非常傳統的日本酒店
員工親切友善
走廊有一個大窗口，可以看到富士山，就算房間看不到富士山，也不用擔心
酒店周邊的風景無敵，前邊是富士山，後面是山中湖
美中不足的地方是酒店不向自由行客人提供餐飲服務

- 衞生有點不好，主要是1. 廁所的吹風機裏全是灰用不了2. 電視櫃 空調面板上也很多灰
- 室內環境：除了衞生，其他都很棒，比如房間很大，比東京的酒店大很多，行李箱能展開哈哈哈。房間進門有個鞋櫃，旁邊衞生間。主要面積是榻榻米，床和電視和小茶几是在榻榻米上，很有特色，我和老公也沒聞到異味
- 室外環境：湖景很贊！想看山景不一定非得定山景房，因為樓梯有大窗子可以拍富士山🗻
- 服務很好很好，前台台灣姐妹幫辦理入住，詳細介紹了周圍餐廳、遊樂設施，還給了一張可愛實用地圖
- 設施有點老，不過馬桶是TOTO智能的，該有的也都有了
- 一樓免費泡温泉，男女分開公共温泉，我去體驗了！很贊！
