Can't manage to get the hotel shuttle van service so took a taxi up to the hotel. Had a wonderful onsen experience and good buffet dinner at the hotel .

Nice and clean hotel. The bed is comfy. The hotel is a bit old but yet clean. Good breakfast and nice onsen.

Hotel has Swimmingpool but doesn’t open it for guests. Lobby stuff not very helpful.

Excellent view at the room and good buffet breakfast. Need to be aware to take hotel shuttle bus at no.138 Mt. Fuji Yamanakako bus stop if you are not driving. Onshi is clean and relaxing.

The room is dated and the toilet as well. After spending the night there (very hard to sleep) , me and my daughter have a lot of mosquito bites. Told the receptionist about it and gave us an ointment.
They have a free balloon making tutorial and kids loved it. We like the breakfast specially the breads. The staffs are polite and accommodating.

The hotel, view and facilities are very good. The bed is so comfortable.
However, we need to use IDD to call the free shuttle bus at the bus stop 138 to pick up to the hotel.
The number is +81 55562 2111. No need to use dial "0" prefix.
