The location is easy enough, however the food is just ok at the restaurant. The layout of the hotel is weird, but remember this used to be a department store so hence the weird layout.
The onsite shop has a lot of great grab-and-go options, which is great.
The staff who checked us in were great, but the follow-up interactions with Ron (?) were terrible. He did not pick up on the social cues that we were not there for his entertainment or in the mood to engage in a conversation with him. They also need to fix the payment system for incidentals at the front desk is the slowest system ever which left us stuck with listening to Ron, unfortunately. Unfortunately when we called back to let them know we were done early with the room and since they were so heavily booked we wanted to let them know it was available he was the one that answered the phone as well. We were well aware that we could not get a refund, nor was that my reason for calling, which had he listened to my purpose of the call he would have heard that was my reason for calling was unnecessary. I don't know if we will stay there again because I would not want to deal with him again. We were there to make funeral arrangements and deal with a family death so just was frustrating to be stuck with that.
