Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself had plenty of amenities and was kept at a perfect temperature during the cold winter I stayed. Location was also perfect, very close to some of the best places in Xuzhou. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Still looks like brand new, clean and tidy. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nothing special.

也住過挺多次希爾頓了，這家體驗感最差。四月初入住，陽面房間，大概是保温效果太好，晚上房間温度28度，熱醒，發現空調不能製冷，打電話問前台，前台説可以送個風扇過來，有點無語，五百的房間這種體驗真有點説不過去。

臨時起意準備的清明出行計劃，好在酒店還有空房間。徐州的歡朋離各個景點都不遠，距離地鐵站也近，但其實打車也不貴。一直喜歡選歡朋，主要就是看中它的服務，到哪裡都叫一個貼心，是讓i人覺得合適的熱情。臨退房時請前台給安排了延遲退房，二話沒説直接安排 （*^▽^*） ；中午臨時返回休整，保潔已經打掃好房間……凡此種種，會讓遊客對這座城市留有下次再來的希冀。春色撩人，徐州再見❤️

①前台辦理入住服務感覺很好，辦理入住後前台工作人員在不忙的情況下，能夠主動引領客人至電梯口，並告知需要刷卡乘坐電梯，前台的服務態度和細節值得點贊
②餐廳工作人員服務細節好，客人用餐後的餐盤能夠及時收拾，
③早餐啥湯味道不錯，，值得點贊！
④要特別感謝餐廳服務人員（好像暱稱叫（貝殼），能夠主動詢問我是否需要幫助，並推薦徐州本地特色早餐啥湯，還要主動幫我盛一碗，讓我品嚐，，看到我烤好吐司後，還主動幫我提供黃油塗抹刀和黃油，在此表示感謝！！
⑤入住房間的衞生也挺乾淨的，
