這間賓館都唔錯，房間清潔乾淨，位置靠近雪龍公園，雲龍山和雲龍湖，老闆娘服務非常好，房間設施應有的也有。但房間極細，網上訂房說明是18平，實際不足10平。網上說有樽裝水，但房間並沒有放置，每天都要問老闆娘，問才供應。門卡應該是一致，有另一住客用它的房卡開錯了我的房門，這個是最大保安漏洞。

經常在外住賓館#沒有想到這家賓館很乾乾淨凈的#衞生真的也很整潔#房間設備看着都很新#老闆是個漂亮姐姐服務態度非常好！交通也非常方便！下次來徐州還到這家店來住！給老闆點個贊👍🏻

避雷吧！一開始老闆給我們開錯了房間，開了一個已經有人入住的房間，房間卡上面沒有房間號，估計每張卡都是通用的哪個房間都能打開。幸好那個房間的人很好好説話。這樣很不安全，而且別聽老闆説免費停車，到了那裡亂死了，根本沒有停車的地方，我們停到了一個衚衕後面，窄死了根本出不來還要一個個打電話讓他們挪車，總之就是體驗感很不好，房間也不隔音。但是離雲龍湖比較近步行十幾分鍾就到了。有線電視根本看不了幾個電視劇。

還不錯 家庭賓館 麻雀雖小 五臟俱全 衞生好 樓下有早餐店 停車場提前跟老闆娘約 按金100；話説徐州的雲龍湖城市步道真不錯，一定要好好玩兩天

特別滿意！設施： 很齊全，比快捷賓館的定位要好。服務： 前台工作人員很熱情，問路解釋的很清楚。環境： 臨近街道，交通便捷，就寢環境非常好，很安靜，距離市中心，景點不遠，方便出行購物，

環境很好，衞生間很乾凈，衞生很整潔很乾凈。房間設備部是全新！兩個人住剛剛好。離戲馬台，户部山，回龍窩，，雲龍山，雲龍湖徐州博物館都很近。賓館旁邊都是好吃的，交通非常非常方便。老闆很好，老闆也非常非常熱情，非常適合出行！

賓館很衞生很乾凈，也很整潔，床睡着很舒服，床單被罩都是新的，房間空調電視都是新的。住了幾天每天房間都打掃很乾凈衞生，老闆還給提供洗衣機洗衣服。老闆非常非常熱情。

房間很好很不錯，價格很優惠，房間也很乾凈也很衞生還有兩瓶礦泉水。老闆也是很熱情，出行也很方便，周邊有户部山，戲馬台，回龍窩，雲龍山雲龍湖真的很好。

#位置交通門口就有共享單車出行方便，距離周邊景區都比較近，門口就有早餐店，晚上還有燒烤#房間設施屋內設施比較新，洗澡熱水很充足。水壓也不小，就是房間有點小#服務老闆娘人很好，很熱情，諮詢問題很耐心#衞生房間打掃也比較乾淨#性價比比較推薦年輕人住，帶孩子或者長者個人還是推薦房間稍微再大點的
