不知道怎麼多了訂單，重複訂了房間，因路上堵車取消了行程，衹取消了一個訂單，另一個訂單店家在未與我們聯繫情況下酒店單方面確認入住，第二天與他們溝通店家態度惡劣，拒絕退款，客服與他們溝通也無果，差評

酒店服務態度真不錯，個別設施也更新了，衞生還不錯，這個設計服務點個贊，衣服一晚上就吹乾了，誠信給滿分，去年來玩就住的這個酒店，今年跟家人一塊來又選擇的這個酒店，贊贊贊。👍👍👍

看了兩三家店，最後還是回了這個酒店，房間比較大，衞生也挺乾淨的，服務也給力，給我們很詳細的介紹了上雲台山的攻略，院子裏還有停車場，關鍵是免費的。物美價廉，下次還來你家。

前台唐小姐熱情待客，周到服務讓人映像深刻。我們是一家3口人出來旅遊的，小姐姐幫我們推薦了標準三人間，價格特划算，下次依然選擇如家連鎖酒店，同時也會推薦朋友入住本酒店。一次好的入住，往往就是一個小的細節

新裝修酒店，環境很好，距離雲台山售票口很近，連鎖酒店的衞生服務確實很好，房間也很整潔，乾淨，挺推薦的，尤其是空調晾衣架，旅遊這麼多年第一次看到這麼人性化的設計，設施保護的也比較好，很滿意的哦

比較了幾家店還是連鎖店的衞生有保證，前台小姐姐特別熱情，有小問題也解決的特別積極，住了四天基本都很開心，距離雲台山售票口僅5分鐘車程，門口吃飯比較方便有早餐店，大排檔，整體還是不錯的
