Xinping yunshangshexia Forest Inn is a light luxury mountain and wild house deep in the virgin forest of Ailao Mountain. It was founded by a young couple who love to travel. They once traveled the world on foot and returned to the mountains to devote themselves to the development of original mountain living. With its back to the original forest and facing the gorge, the inn observes the location of clouds, rime, sunrise and sunset. Very unique design and layout. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to clean the dusty floors. Breakfast was quite delicious - corn, noodles, and eggs. Despite the more expensive price, the inn was very convenient to Shimen Canyon, and was a walking distance to Ailaoshan Nature Reserve.

It’s a unique place and I strongly recommend anybody to visit it while in Yunnan. The place is wonderfully designed, a very typical mountain lodge but with an artistic twist. It’s very real and alive since the owners live there, and apart of running a hotel they also do local specialties. The rooms are spacious, super clean and super well designed although some of them have blank windows so you have to be aware while booking. The big downside is a road busy with trucks passing just in front of the hotel so some of the room suffer a noise from it. Hopefully this will be over when the highway opens for trucks.
Apart of that everything was brilliant, we felt very welcome and taken care of.

優點：位置對於徒步者絕佳。位於山頂，觀景台旁。
缺點：建於公路旁，部分房間臨路，夜間車輛路過聲音動靜極大。有睡眠問題的朋友慎選此類房型，否則可能影響出行。房間有黴味。

換一個環境感受不一樣的生活，有書有茶的地方就有詩意，這是一個可以感受詩和遠方的客棧，而且有温情讓人待在裏面很舒服愜意，我們和孩子都很喜歡。😍

連住了四個晚上，每天一個景區悠閑地逛遍哀牢山的景點，對房間很滿意。位置絕佳，就在森林公園和茶馬古道邊上，散步距離逛景區。停車也很好停，對自駕尤其友好。客棧的設計風格很獨特，一樓大客廳擺滿了書籍，不是賣的，而是埡口圖書館！一樓另外一側是制酒作坊，太驚歎了，客棧的生活似神仙，有酒有書。房間壁爐很温馨，山頂夜間温度低，每晚烤火取暖，向老闆娘學習點火技能，可惜離開前都沒學會。半山腰的樹幾在離開哀牢山之前也去體驗了一晚，也很不錯，不過如果下次再來我還會選擇雲上舍下，套用現在時髦的話語“不是樹幾住不起，而是雲上舍下更有性價比”！。兩個細節希望客棧能提高 一是餐廳蒼蠅比較多，二是WI-FI信號不穩定。不過這些小缺陷也不妨礙住宿帶來的喜悦感。另外客棧的奶茶很好喝，路過埡口停歇一下帶杯奶茶也很不錯！

深度遊哀牢山，這家客棧是很好的落腳點，地點適中，客棧對面有一小段以前留下的茶馬古道，晚上可以感受哀牢山的極端大風天氣。

環境絕對一流，正前方100米以內分別為觀景台，茶馬古道和金山原始森林入口，從餐廳出門左拐即可進入哀牢山自然保護區。房間寬敞，裝飾風格原始本真粗獷不多常見 - 石臉盆，樹樁台，木門栓等。透過落地大窗可直接遠眺哀牢山狀美風光。早餐一般，熱水不夠熱且須先行放冷水較長時間。
店主為我妥善保管了我遺落在前台的相機，在此表示感謝！

前台小妹小金特別可愛~老闆和老闆娘也特別好~熱水澡洗的也舒服…對面就是景區，超級棒的體驗，唯一遺憾的就是沒有趕上好天氣沒看到雲海，其餘都超級棒👍🏻

像千與千尋的小店，位置好，老闆人也非常好，早上帶大家去爬山看日出，幫大家拍照，店裡的奶茶也很好喝，非常推薦。
