這是一次極其糟糕的入住體驗，全國各地酒店住了這麼多，也是第1次遇到。首先進到房間非常的寒冷，這是在東北，房間內既沒有暖氣也沒有地熱，由於屋內房間比較大，空調製熱效果又不是特別好，我們兩個人晚上睡覺都沒有脱外衣，直接蓋着被就睡了，而且空調室內正掛在我的頭上方，噪音很大，非常的吵，沒有辦法衹能用被矇住頭減小噪音。這一宿覺睡得非常的難受很不舒服。房間的設施非常的老舊，衞生間的推拉門是壞的，衹能用手拎起門來回移動。房間為我們準備的香皂還有牙膏十分袖珍，拖鞋薄的像紙片一樣，各種牆壁開關上也滿是污漬，衞生間的坐便水箱是壞的，上不去水，每次沖水都要先用淋浴噴頭把水箱灌滿之後再來使用。衞生間放衞生紙的那個盒子是壞的。那個洗面池下水口是黑乎乎的，熱水器是每個房間都獨立的40升的電熱水器，容量非常小，洗完一個人就沒有熱水再洗第2個人了。電吹風的那個線、熱水器的那個線都已經發黃並且滿是污漬，房間的椅子上滿是污漬，空調出風口滿是污漬。大衣櫃不但沒有門連個衣掛都沒給準備。房屋棚頂有多處裂縫掉皮和水痕。以上所述都是我親身經歷如實描述均有照片為證。這就是我入住的225元一天的豪華大床房。請問豪華從何而來？請問商家就這種服務質量，這種服務硬件設施對得起200多元的價格嗎？

房間整潔無異味，然後前台接待的時候就很熱情，客房服務員認真負責，打車外賣之類的很方便，性價比十分不錯

房間整體還可以，比較乾淨整潔了，內部設施有點老舊了，價錢還是挺便宜的，經濟實惠吧，性價比較高，還不錯了。

10月2號訂一間房，前後不到1分鐘，由於客人到不了，退就不給退，服務態度還極其不好，素質太差
