The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in a wheelchair and they where so helpful. The room was very big and clean and the bed was so nice. A clean pleasant hotel. Thank you for our nights stay.

壞境：主要地理位置不錯，湖景房視野開闊，望湖，晚上週邊走了走挺不錯的！早餐必須點贊，手把肉，當地特色奶茶，奶食品嚐了，羊雜好吃
服務：前台服務也很專業，到位，非常好的體驗 有需要都第一時間滿足

要不説還是得住星級酒店,早餐品種非常多,特色奶茶和羊雜湯都有，酒店自營的餐廳蒙餐做的非常棒，延期招待夠檔次，窗外就是錫林河夜景很美，這個季節風大乾燥跟服務部説了一下給屋裡送了加濕器，非常好的入住體驗，推薦入住

早餐非常豐盛，具有本地特色，有肉腸血腸，奶茶也很正宗，而且加上奶製品的配料很棒的體驗，客房設施設備很齊全，而且乾淨無異味，住的前一天晚上我們感覺有點熱，第二天客房主動詢問我們天氣比較幹要不要加濕器，衹能説很細節，為酒店服務點贊，晚上夜景也很漂亮挨着錫林河

前台服務很好，給免費升級了房型，房間特別大，拉開窗簾就能看到美麗的湖景，衞生乾淨，早餐是內蒙的特色早餐，手把肉很哇塞，周邊也很方便，性價比很高

服務很周到，免費升級了房間，房間寬敞明亮，超大窗户，正好可以看到外面的湖景，景色很美，晚上外面燈光很漂亮。早餐品種豐富人不多。以後有機會還會住。
