Vienna hotel has a touch of class when you enter. It’s spotless and the staff were helpful although no one spoke English it didn’t hinder communication. It’s very close to the airport and have shuttle bus to and fro. I really liked my room which had all the comforts of home. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again.

De kamer was erg schoon, misschien is het een nieuw hotel. De entree voelt zeer ruim aan, met aan de linker- en rechterzijde een doucheruimte, toilet en wastafel apart ontworpen waardoor deze gemakkelijk te gebruiken is. De douchekop van de kraan ziet er dik en gestructureerd uit en het diagonale ontwerp van het trekkoord in de doucheruimte is zeer redelijk. De kleine ronde make-upspiegel wordt ook geleverd met een sensorspiegelkoplamp, die licht uitstraalt als de lichten 's nachts zijn uitgeschakeld, zodat deze niet te verblindend is en andere mensen beïnvloedt. De gootsteen heeft een grote ruimte en er zitten haken aan de muur ernaast, waardoor je gemakkelijk een handstrijkmachine kunt gebruiken om kleding op te hangen om te strijken. De wasmiddelenbenodigdheden zijn van goede kwaliteit en hebben een compleet assortiment aan categorieën. Het slimme toilet is hetzelfde als in Japan, alle gordijnen zijn elektrisch, het tv-scherm is enorm, vroeg ophalen en inleveren van het ontbijt wordt gebeld, enz. . . Het belangrijkste is dat het, hoewel het dicht bij de luchthaven ligt, erg rustig is. Kortom, als je naar Xi'an komt voor een tussenstop, dan is dit hotel zeker je eerste keuze! ! ! Dit is de eerste keer dat ik een lange recensie schrijf, omdat ik zeer tevreden ben.

De kamer is prachtig ingericht met zachte verlichting en elk detail straalt warmte uit. De kamer is schoon en netjes en het beddengoed is zo comfortabel dat het voelt alsof je op een wolk slaapt. I had to deduct a star as the night when we checked in, there was no hot water for my shower. It was one of those unlucky moments but the staff were trying their best to make the stay comfortable. Hot water was supposed to be back at 10.30pm but unfortunately it came on at 11.45pm. Staff did call to inform but it was already too late at night and we needed to get to the airport at 4am the next day. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from terminal 5 and they do provide transport at 4am.

Eerlijk gezegd was het ontbijt best goed, echt heerlijk, en de shuttleservice naar de luchthaven om 5 uur 's ochtends was prettig. De houding van het personeel bij de receptie was echter matig. De kamers waren zeer slecht geïsoleerd; je hoorde vliegtuigen en het lawaai van mensen die zich 's ochtends haastten om hun vlucht te halen – erg luid en irritant. Over het algemeen was het prima, gezien het goede eten.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

Honestly, this was really good for an airport hotel. The hotel isn’t new, but the room furnishings were sleek. Breakfast was great: a variety of foods, including fresh rice noodles, stir fries, congees etc. Heated toilet seat was a nice touch. Airport shuttle was smooth, though it only departed every hour or so (see photo). A few points of annoyance: weird odour from the bathroom in the evening. No scale, which is unusual in China and especially illogical for an airport hotel. The hallway carpet was way too plush, which is SO tricky when you have heavy luggage! Anyone who’s had to push 20kg down some thick carpet knows what I mean.

My stay at this capsule hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well-organized everything was. The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to reach important places in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Their professionalism made the whole experience even better. The capsule itself was much more spacious than I expected. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation inside the capsule were well thought out. Another thing I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the environment was. There was no disturbing noise, which made the atmosphere very cozy and relaxing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique accommodation experience.

As I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3. The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy. There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though. It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise. I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience. I would book this place again when in transit.

Opmerking: we hebben hier maar minder dan 12 uur gebleven sinds onze vlucht om middernacht aankwam en we zijn de volgende morgen naar Xi'an vertrokken, dus dit is slechts een snelle indruk. Dit hotel is aangekondigd voor zijn nabijheid met de luchthaven, maar merk op dat het 10 minuten duurt van en naar Terminal 5 van de Xianyang International Airport BY CAR/SHUTTLE BUS. Je kunt zeker niet van T5 naar het hotel (of van). Het hotel is echter zeer geschikt voor reizigers die op een vreemde tijd aankomen / vertrekken (zoals middernacht of super vroege ochtend) omdat ze een gratis shuttleservice hebben naar en van T5 -- zolang u zich herinnert om het personeel ten minste een dag voordat u het hebt meegedeeld dat u Als u een internationale reizigers bent, zorg ervoor dat uw telefoonnummer / dienst in staat is om hun voorkant van de luchthaven te bellen voor gedetailleerde communicatie zodra u aan landde. Het enige terminal dat dicht bij Terminal 1 ligt, was Terminal 1. De 4-person kamer was in het algemeen schoon en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel, zelfs met een wandeling in de kast, maar had niet veel wandelruimte. De badkamer is ook zeer klein; uw benen zouden tegen de toilettenboog raken terwijl u tanden bij de duik scheuren, maar het was schoon. De controle was snel en gemakkelijk. Voor een snelle nacht slaap en douche is er geen klacht en alles was goed.
