前台小妹兒操作不太熟練，用時有點久。
環境還可以吧，配備的設施都有，一次性用品有點簡陋，牙刷用一次就廢了。床品還是挺舒服的。
我訂的房間寫着20-25㎡，實際也就10㎡。

เช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้ ชิลมาก ที่พักใจกลางเมืองติดกำแพงเมืองซีอาน คุณภาพคุ้มราคา มา 2 วัน ตกคนละสามร้อยกว่าบาท มีน้ำ แปรง ยาสีฟัน หวี สบู่ ยาสระผม ไดร์เปล่าผมพร้อม แอร์อุ่นมากช่วงหน้าหนาว

💫衞生情況：我們一入住，就看見房間裏有一個外賣袋未打掃走；然後是廁所衞生：漱口杯的墊子發黴、牙刷拆開有黑垢（雖然是廠家問題，也希望酒店能合作靠譜的廠家）；洗漱台有污垢
💫環境：一般
💫服務：服務態度不大行，跟前台反饋問題時一味推卸責任（衞生推查房阿姨、牙刷推廠家），並沒有及時安撫顧客的情緒，反而有些埋怨（説一開始一到這種情況就應該直接申請換房，前提是你們也有房可換才行呀）；第一次看到打掃的阿姨穿個拖鞋上班整理，合理懷疑酒店是否有進行職工培訓
💫設施：設施陳舊，吹風機線外殼斷裂，卻沒有更換
