酒店離地鐵很近，去哪裡都很方便。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，繼續入住還給房間做的免費升級，有問題都是及時解決處理，態度很端正，下次還會再來。

感受超出預期，位置不錯，隔壁有咖啡文創街，地鐵站也很近。酒店前台工作人員非常熱情，過來旅遊沒帶電腦還將平板借我臨時辦公，服務點贊。此外，酒店設計細節和高級感方面很多做得很好，因為睡眠很淺，感覺最棒的就是燈光調節按鈕在睡眠模式下會熄滅按鈕提示燈，不像其他酒店關了燈卻還有一堆的按鈕提示燈。最後就是，傍晚送飲料的時候建議先發訊息，不然直接按鈴容易打擾客户。

真心覺得住在這裏很方便，酒店有自己的停車場，自駕的可以把車放下坐地鐵去各個景點打卡確實很方便，樓下吃飯也方便，酒店乾淨整潔，服務貼心周到，總之非常推薦大家入住

這家酒店的服務非常值得稱讚，員工們非常熱情友好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。孩子需要寫字還特意為我們準備了枱燈。酒店的設施也非常完備，房間乾淨舒適，入住體驗非常好，洗衣房乾淨，我住的時間比較長，很方便！而且酒店交通特別方便，出門就是地鐵口，離大雁塔也不遠，前台服務特別熱情有問題都會及時解決處理，下次出行也會選擇這家酒店！

酒店不錯，入住給做了升級，房間很大也乾淨，早餐種類很多，最棒的是有自己的停車場，停車很方便，前台工作人員也很熱情周到，美中不足的是吹風機有一點問題，但是前台工作人員態度很好，有認真致歉，還贈送了皮影，這次入住感受不錯，下次還會再來！

A unique and beautiful hotel situated in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Easy to walk from the metro station but do note it's a bit further of a walk - around 8 minutes. The hotel isn't as central as others when travelling to Terracotta warriors/the goose pagoda/clock tower, however we taxi'ed to the locations easily and I would gladly come back to the same neighbourhood as we loved the vibe. The rooms were immaculate, clean, designed well and very tech savvy with automated buttons for everything, including a wireless charger on each beside table and a toilet that self flushed. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a bigger room for our anniversary and both the room size and showers were spacious. Staff were very friendly and professional, an overall amazing experience and deserves the high ratings from other guests, would recommend to friends and family :)
