國有四星級酒店，設施、服務都沒得説。大堂豪華氣派，幾部電梯，不用擔心人多久等。門口就可以停車，保安師傅態度熱情，指揮入庫，停好車才離開，這對於自駕的遊客非常貼心實用。酒店身居鬧市，鬧中取靜，吃飯購物都很方便。離吉祥村地鐵站很近，步行不到十分鐘。我們住在這裏主要是看大雁塔、大唐芙蓉園、大唐不夜城、西安城牆、回民街、鐘鼓樓等景點，把車停在酒店坐地鐵去各景點，超級方便。開始訂了一天，後來又續訂了兩天，同伴説住得舒適，玩得開心，我這個策劃也就開心。國有就是值得信賴，下次來還住這裏。

衞生：房間很乾凈，很整潔，前台的蘇琳女士為我升級了房間，非常感謝她，很有禮貌，辦理入住也很快速，特別好~
環境：環境挺好的，很幽靜，大廳喝茶區域都是綠植，房間很乾凈，做了夜床服務。
服務：服務很周到，管家團隊很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，賈瑞管家辛苦了，給我佈置了水果還送到房間。
設施：房間設施很完善，空調涼爽，還有免費礦泉水。
還有甜豆女士退房時耐心解答我的問題，為我推薦了西安特色美食，問我入住體驗，我的回答是非常好
再次提一下管家團隊，服務確實很好，從入住到離店，酒店管家的服務態度都讓我非常滿意，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了~

入住時免費給升級了房間，房間非常乾淨，床鋪、馬桶這些會貼身的器物，都很乾凈，整體風格質樸雅緻，很喜歡。酒店雖然臨街，但有小院，鬧中取靜，毗鄰地鐵口，出行方便，與大雁塔、陝歷博離得比較近。酒店服務人員很有禮貌，服務也很温馨人性化，住在唐城的這幾天體驗很好～～

位置便利，離地鐵站近，去大雁塔不夜城近。整體服務挺好，剛開始房間不滿意能協調換房，保潔員胡飛苗多天的服務周到、細緻。設施略有瑕疵，比如衞生間動感燈，但整體的性價比挺高，下次來西安還會考慮。

免費給升級了房間，環境安靜，晚上睡覺幹擾少，被服也舒服。價格也合適，四星級的標準值得推薦！入住後還送了水果。地理位置也不錯，周邊商業配套設施齊全，地鐵出行方便。衞生間稍微擁擠了點。

這個設施可以評4星級？紙巾盒被孩子碰了一下成了圖一，洗手枱的櫃子都快脱皮了！洗澡的水龍頭漏水，還要站在一個小浴缸裏！慎重選擇
