地段是非常好，地鐵和晚班機場大巴基本就是停門口了。去鐘樓鼓樓等景點也不遠，還能幫忙延遲了下退房，服務員也很熱情，遇見打招呼都是説您回來啦？要回家了嗎？感覺很温馨。晚上十二點想要點冰塊，也很快響應了。硬件方面不行，設施有些過於陳舊。比如中央空調是一個恆定的温度，不管開不開，開幾度，房間內都是26度，控制面板和擺設一樣。比如總開關居然不管床頭燈和落地燈，而且卧室的總開關和客廳的總開關居然是不同的。第一晚我關了卧室的總開關，發現不得不下床去關落地燈，另一邊的床頭燈和客廳的燈，很不方便，這個總開關形同虛設。另外電梯也有問題，明明定了行政樓層，經常刷不進25樓的行政酒廊，有一次甚至要管家帶上去，感覺不爽。

房間不錯。設施老點但好用，衞生還行，特別是出行真方便，訂的行政大床房，除早餐（比較豐盛）外，還配了下午茶和簡晚餐，非常棒，必須要贊。服務也還算到位，下次到西安一定還訂此店。

非常棒~因為剛好趕上生日，酒店還貼心的為我準備了生日蛋糕，酒店的早餐也非常棒~酒店設施深得我心。有可以放在桌子上的化粧鏡配上枱燈化粧絕了~地理位置非常方便，門口就是地鐵站，對面有兩個大型商場~非常棒的體驗~

一進酒店 讓人眼前一亮 非常滿意！很乾凈 住的行政房 還有下午茶 早餐也還算豐盛！離地鐵站非常近 出入方便！對面是個商場 位置非常好
一早就到了酒店了 還沒到入住時間 但是前台經理就給辦理了入住。並説房間打掃乾淨後會給我打電話 把行李寄存後就放心的出遊了 打掃完 酒店前台真的來電話了 經理看我帶着孩子 特意安排了一個把角的位置 非常安靜！
退房後前廳經理丁菲菲 還熱心的打來電話 詢問入住是否滿意！
如果下次再去西安 一定還住這裏

大部分設施還是比較新的，就是電視機有點舊，有點小，衹有電視頻道，頻道也很少，沒有小朋友可以點播的節目，也無法投屏
客房衞生打掃很到位，浴缸也很乾凈，送餐服務，送外賣服務也很不錯
周邊離地鐵站很近，三站就能到鐘樓，回民街，出行很方便
住了四天，早餐時間很長，衹是花樣比較固定，後面兩天有些吃膩了

酒店的服務很好，西安之行帶小朋友來玩，連續四晚都住這裏，首先地理位置是位於2號線龍首原地鐵B出口位置，步行10米即是酒店，很方便出行。第二，攜程上訂的是無早，酒店小楊還送了一天的兩份早餐。第三酒店早餐很豐富，特別點名肉夾饃非常好吃！第四酒店每天都供應六瓶礦泉水，第五訂行政大床房還可享受行政酒廊，這次算是旺季即將結束後性價比最高的旅行酒店了！

地理位置優越，酒店就在地鐵旁邊，離高鐵也近，出入非常方便。前台服務員服務態度好，有問題及時解決。楊經理為人和善，升級了房間。早餐：牛肉水盆不錯。離店後，一部舊手機忘在酒店，非常感謝清潔阿姨發現，前台服務及時聯繫我，把手機快遞到家。
大家如果來西安，選擇這家酒店是沒錯的👍👍👍

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights.
Few points to improve:
The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced.
I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The hotel had very good location , next to the MRT and the Staff " Myra Ding" was so nice and very helpful.
The breakfast was excellent.
We will come here again if we vist XiAn.
