I was here for quick vacation between my business trip.
I also stayed at the holiday inn in different city in China. But this hotel offers more options of breakfast and everyone is trying to help, especially I don’t speak Chinese. Nice hotel very like, front desk Zhang Min service is great and very intimate, but also sent me Chinese handicrafts. She also helped me to get my glasses that I left in taxi. These additional services make me more memorable trip. This is my first trip to Xi’an and I really had a great time. Thank you, Zhang Min and other staffs at the Holiday Inn.

整體入住體驗感很好，吳洋很好，服務温馨周到熱情，房間乾淨整潔温馨舒適!唯一一點就是早餐的熱菜都是涼的，烤腸也是涼的也有一點沒烤到位，米線麪條的湯都是辣的味道很好，衹是孩子不能吃辣，現磨咖啡很好，粥很好...

給滿分吧，這次出來兩個月住了很多假日酒店，整體很滿意，性價比很高，比快捷酒店貴不了幾個錢，服務和早餐好多了，這家高新假日酒店離地鐵站300多米，坐地鐵挺方便，就是西安的地鐵不怎麼好，沒有環線，倒地鐵時間有點長，他家最滿意的就是早餐，過年人比較多，服務人員都忙壞了，所有東西都是沒了就上，吃完的馬上就收拾掉，假日的餐廳服務比前台優秀一個檔次，前台有個別不咋熱情，大部分不錯，他家還有一點很贊，進門的位置有咖啡，電梯口有礦泉水都隨意喝，細節很不錯，看見這個機器人想吐槽一下，這個機器人送餐遇見一電梯人下來，正要往出走機器人直接把電梯堵死了，他要進去，裏面都滿員了要出來你咋進去?

到達後停車很方便，地下車庫車位充足！出行就在地鐵口附近，步行兩三分鐘！自助式早餐，品類豐富，服務也挺熱情！唯一遺憾的是，電視太老久了！不過總體還是很奈斯，推薦！
