辦理入住速度很快，服務很好很熱情，房間電視機網絡很流暢，房間熱水出水很快，衞生間和淋浴間衞生很乾凈，洗漱用品很齊全，停車場很大車位很多。
春節期間還有西安市文旅補貼，每晚優惠150元
退房離開，客服發現孩子落在枕頭下的零錢，及時聯繫交換。專業且誠信。👍🏻

早餐很豐富，品種比較多，早餐品質很高，肉夾饃直接幫我烤好，臊子麪醇厚正點，搭配的臊子香而不膩，中式熱菜也相當不錯，不但充分展示了西安特色，而且每一道都好吃，並且葷素搭配，跟可貴的是在餐廳還有咖啡機，真的愛了，前台服務特別好，預訂好之後酒店還有發短訊提醒，房間隔音效果不錯，酒店硬件設施完善

除了服務還能湊合以外。整體環境根本配不上這個價格，想着萬象城樓上應該能算得上高端了，至少乾淨整潔，樓道非常狹窄，樓下週邊臟亂差，將近600元一天的房價就和如家差不多，而且在郊區離中心也挺遠的，還説出行方便，這是託兒説的嘛，衹有一部電梯。每次上樓不等個兩三趟根本上不去，而且電梯屬於非常狹小的，訂的1號到4號房間，3號降價，搞什麼呢，掙錢也不是這樣掙得，市中心的五星酒店也比你們便宜，住的最差的一次酒店，沒有之一。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員很注重細節！點贊，早餐都是西安特色美食（肉夾饃，麪，甄糕）等。樓下就是商業街，地鐵口，很方便出行！

住在這家酒店非常愉快！服務員禮貌友好，客房乾淨舒適，設施齊全，還有美味豐盛的早餐。位置便利，周圍環境安靜優美，交通也很方便。強烈推薦入住！下次來還會選擇這家酒店！感謝酒店提供如此愉快的住宿體驗！

房間舒適乾淨，交通方便，樓下就是萬象城，吃喝玩樂都齊全，三橋地鐵站就在萬象城東門外，去城內景點很方便。入住時前台還給小孩專門的洗漱用具，第一晚遊玩回來，房間電路有點問題，直接給我們換房了，還送西安紀念品表示歉意。
早餐很豐富，基本每天都有不一樣的品類，有陝西的特色，肉夾饃，甑糕等等。

入住辦理很方便快捷，古珂辦理退房手續快，房間沒有異味、位置方便很好找，網絡信號超快，停車很方便，車位也很多，水温水壓都很合適，空調很給力、浴袍很好用，房間隔音很好，電梯乾淨、電視很多節目。

房間插座沒電，衹有一個插座能供手機充電，説明酒店平常對房間設施不做檢查，另外房間之間隔音很差，半夜隔壁情侶吵架動手，聲音大的嚇人，影響休息，總之體驗很糟糕。
