Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The concierge lady 小亢 has given great services during our stay. They had even given us free fruit (laichi) which tasted very well!

The room is extremely clean. I really appreciate the service of the front desk staff, who are polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the metro station and outlet mall, which is a huge plus.

I am an American living in China, which can be challenging when you don't speak the native language. The people at this hotel were AMAZING. There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! I recommend staying here! The staff was first-rate!!!

房間很大，簡約風格，住起來比較舒適，入住房間內有歡迎水果，小冰箱裏有免費飲料，早餐種類不算很多，但品質不錯，有時有肉夾饃胡辣湯等特色小吃。買的套餐含一次温泉票，每半小時從酒店大門口有擺渡車來回。酒店在地鐵芷陽廣場站，旁邊有奧特萊斯可以逛逛。整體性價比很高，適合週末休閑度假。

從登記到入住的這幾天，小吉和露娜都很熱心接待，第一天看到有主題活動——篆香和頌缽療愈，就很激動，適合都市人放鬆放鬆😌剛好在星期六正好報名體驗，小吉很快就幫忙預約好👍🏻後來才發現悦柳也是悦榕莊旗下的品牌酒店，酒店策劃的主題活動很用心，這一點有點超出期待值，下次有機會繼續來

非常舒心的一次出遊。不是僵硬的服務，感受到了對待家人的耐心和愛護。前台小姐姐的表情與交流都讓人很温暖。進入大廳高級感很足，健身房，游泳池，斯諾克等設施齊全。再説房間，非常大而且很乾凈整潔，並且設施齊全，大大的落地窗使人心曠神怡。我是帶着家裡長者去放鬆的，因為父親行動不便，負責接送去温泉的司機師傅特地加班單送了趟（我們沒有要求，司機師傅主動來找的我們）這就更難得了吧。
從踏入温泉門那刻又被温馨包裹，服務周到貼心，一會送水果一會送飲料，真成有求必應了，哈哈！因為父母年紀大服務員時不時會來問候身體情況，有無不適等，看到了對待自己長輩的眼神。總之，整個體驗就是周到，感到了家的温暖，看到的也不是服務員都像家人一樣。
