I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.

we chose this hotel because of the location. that's closed to Lancaster University. hotel is clean and the service is good.
restaurant is also good. i higly recommend the lamb chop and duck breast. wine is also prefect.

趁着假期返校一次，入住此酒店。位於校園內，非常方便。環境也不錯、但設施老了一些，佈局和我以前住的學生宿舍一模一樣，房間不大。工作人員態度很好，但專業性有待提高。作為一個懷舊的畢業生，什麼都能接受。LOL...

這家酒店就在蘭卡大學裡，非常方便去大學。酒店聖誕期間佈置很溫馨漂亮，服務也很到位。總之入住體驗很好。

洒店環境舒適，房間空間也很大，廁所更有浴缸和企缸，十分舒適。但房間沒有冷氣，因此要經常開窗，但每次都有好多小昆蟲走進來，例如：蜜蜂和蜘蛛等。
洒店地下更有一間餐廳，食物質素有水準，如果不想到市中心用餐，可考慮到這裏試試。
在清潔方面，希望洒店能加強一點。在房間和廁所的角落也發現蜘蛛網，通知了清潔人員，他們也很快清理好。
洒店員工十分親切，工作效率也很高，整體上十分滿意洒店的服務。
