設施：設施都是齊全噠，好用沒毛病
衞生：很乾凈
環境：老宅子就是有自己獨特的魅力，作為婺源旅行的住宿選擇很滿意！
服務：廚房阿姨做菜超級好吃，老闆人也都非常好。選這裏準沒錯，因為我是第n次來啦！！

有歷史的老宅子，經過用心的翻新，既保留了歷史的味道，又變得安逸舒適，讓人很是喜歡。主人向我們介紹了老宅的情況，又做了可口飯菜，尤其是梅乾菜燒肉，讓我們讚不絕口，還品嚐了他們自釀的美酒，真想再找機會來多住幾天。小貓五分因為調皮衹能多待在他的大籠子裏，這裏的一切都很美好。自駕的客人導航到停車場後，需要順着路邊的路牌指示方向往巷子裏走，或者到清華鎮後致電老闆，因為大門不臨街。

要帶着狗狗一起，所以選擇寵物友好住宿。非常驚喜，280年的老宅修復很有氛圍感。老闆娘很熱情，廚房阿姨燒的菜非常好吃。我們兩天都是晚上回住處吃的。量很大，一家三口根本吃不完。不能吃辣，都可以點不辣的，特別推薦家常豆腐，粉蒸肉，吃了兩碗米飯。晚飯後，老闆娘燒壁爐，圍爐煮茶給我們消食，陪我們聊天。早飯阿姨等我們起床再做，非常貼心。總之要去婺源的朋友強烈推薦住志成堂。

環境特別好，住着很舒服，甚至有點捨不得走。
飯菜做的也蠻好吃的。
特別值得一提的是老闆十分爽快熱情，下次如果再來的話，還會在這裏住幾天

老闆娘漂亮熱情，房間舒適度高，古建的房子住着比想象中乾燥。孩子吃了提供的免費水果，零食，很好吃。和老闆娘喝茶聊天。非常適合休閑旅遊。下次還選擇這家。無限推薦。

對比了好幾家，最終選擇這家，風格裝飾很温馨很喜歡，來到這裏之後，也沒有讓我失望，和圖片描述一致，這裏環境優雅，設施齊全，衞生也很乾凈，服務熱情周到，非常滿意，下次來婺源還選這家。

再次發一次我們這個300年歷史的民宿
投資300萬修復，房子的牆身主體都是老房子，民宿房子是兄弟三人投資修復，共同投資，由現在的老闆管理，房子裏處處有細節
昨晚坐在這個烤爐旁邊聊這個房子的歷史，清初時，這個必須是一個大户人家，做的是茶生意，一大地主，後面當然也成農民，現在後人基本都去江浙做生意，也有在佛山開廠
婺源，古徽州，方言習慣更偏向安徽一帶
贛北和贛南的民俗生活，語言都差異好大。
這種木建築以為隔音很差，接果沒有，我們住一樓，昨晚目測住了6-7個家庭朋友羣，確非常安靜，衹聽到自己房間的呼嚕聲

非常滿意👍喜歡的一次入宿體驗，民宿性價比高，環境很好，房間乾淨舒適，餐食很地道，婺源旅行鬧中取靜的好地方，服務、設施都很好，洗澡三秒鐘水就熱了。愛茶人士的不二選擇。

好舒服的一個老房子，房東姐姐好漂亮好有氣質，三個孩子也好乖巧，房東的媽媽煮菜味道很好，好温馨的一家人。我們最喜歡圍爐煮茶那個位置，好舒服，還想着走之前再到那裡坐坐，剛好有劇組在那個位置拍戲，聽説是一個穿越戲，女主好漂亮。
