+ Newly renovated, close to scenic spot
- Beds are not very soft, there were a couple of dead mosquitos (but except for that the room was fairly clean)
I had an okay stay, but I suggest paying the extra money for the room with river view

房間很乾凈，住在附近很方便，就在景區對面，大清早去景區錯峯玩耍，老闆人也很nice，還送了一瓶黃菊。

老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，總體來説不錯，但有一個問題，我發現我定了兩間房子居然都是單層玻璃……這種玻璃現在衹有老辦公室還在用了……這就導致房間雖然不對馬路，但是隔音依然不好…我也不知道是衹有四樓房間這樣，還是説都這樣……

房間在餐館樓上。進去地上滑滑的。房間在頂樓。需要走過晾床單的地方。隔音也不好。隔壁開關門都很大聲。

這家民宿真的非常棒！地理位置方便，房間乾淨衞生。床品非常舒適，讓人擁有一個美好的睡眠。服務也非常到位，民宿的飯菜也好吃，推薦大家來這裏住宿！

民宿裝修了簡單風，在馬路邊上，樓下是餐廳，樓上是住宿，但不供營早餐。沒有電梯，箱子老闆會幫忙搬上去，窗外風景不錯。

隔了一條馬路，就是江灣景區入口，民宿後邊是一條江，位置優越。門口停車方便，裝修設施新，年輕人喜歡的輕奢風，價格實惠，老闆熱情，進出都會打招呼，入住退房幫忙提行李，江西之旅最滿意的一家民宿

枕頭上很重的頭油味，打掃很粗糙，客用的消耗品都很差很差。床是硬板一塊，看得出老闆是能多省就多省，也真的很不注重細節，關鍵是價格對標房間的檔次是完全不值的，唯一的好是景色不錯，位置也還可以。
