The room was exactly as expected & in a location that was perfect for us since we did not want to be in a busy, noisy room at night, and it is a short walk to the tea expo & night food market. The southern gate to the national park is a short bus ride away. Since we were exploring the park all day, the nearby construction was not an issue. The owner is friendly and helpful with information about the park and area. He also made Wuyishan's famous local rock tea for us while he checked us in.

Friendly owner, got invited for tea tasting and dinner, he was very helpful in general. The room is fine for the low price, simple, some mold, but it's clean in general. The location is good.

位置很好，交通方便，出門就是公交車站。吃的也有，最主要的是老闆超級超級好，我們幾乎是無腦出行🙈，老闆會根據我們的時間幫我們規劃好行程，遇到問題隨時問老闆都很耐心的幫我們解決🤗下次有機會一定會再來

必須説房間好！住的舒服，離景區很近，離吃的地方也近，到哪都方便。這可是個小別墅哦，是老闆自己的房子改的，房間實惠乾淨。老闆人好客氣熱情特別感謝這兩天的照顧，感謝請我們喝大紅袍，是旅行中特別的驚喜！老闆的茶不錯有興去住的朋友一定要嚐嚐

很不錯的一次體驗老闆人很好很客氣，會幫忙提行李會詳細的介紹遊玩攻略👍剛到酒店就泡茶給我們喝還讓我們爬山的時候路上帶着喝，很細心周到。再説房間，不錯哦，五臟俱全，房間大乾淨，因為到的太早，需要的房間沒退房老闆就給我免費升級了房間，真的非常感謝

這麼多年旅遊住民宿和酒店了，這家體感是最差的，一進入房間，煙味撲鼻，空調是老闆開的，但是沒有一點熱氣，房間沒有遙控板，後來找老闆要了遙控板，將温度從25°調到28°，還是沒有一點熱氣，晚上睡覺是穿着毛衣睡覺的，否則是凍醒，洗澡洗到一半，就沒有熱水了，等了半小時，還是一點熱水都沒有，早上起來，洗臉的時候，還是沒有熱水，估計是老闆給你設定好了，就夠你洗臉的熱水，洗澡是不行的

在半山腰，自駕停車還算方便，裝修及其老舊，房間很小，衞生間很簡陋沒打掃乾淨，被子上也有臟東西，信價比不高。

潮濕，牆掉灰，馬桶也很臟，床墊老化，就一層薄薄床單，床不是描述的1.8米，是1.5的。沒有瓶裝水，沒有茶包。薄薄的窗簾堪堪遮住窗户。隔音不好，噪音不斷。一晚上的蟋蟀聲就算了，六點就開始施工聲，白天一直施工噪音。

旁邊施工，灰塵巨大，白天吵**，特別是早上六點就開工了，白天根本無法睡覺，而且一樓房間很少通風，味道很難聞，旁邊是植株，比較難曬到太陽，一進去有點潮濕的感覺，要不是無法退掉，真得不想在那裡住，不過有個亮點，房東服務態度很好
