Hotels in Dangkou Ancient Town Scenic Area, Wuxi

We are definitely coming back to this place. The service was top notch and we were absolutely well taken care of especially by Harry Hu who was sincere, warm, attentive, highly professional and displayed exceptional levels of initiative. We had afternoon high tea and a Chinese dinner within the hotel; both exceeded our expectations. Our room was breathtaking, with a 1.5m diameter round bath tub that was soooo relaxing plus heated/lighted toilet seats and bidet which was super rare in China. The architecture and every aspect of this premise was aesthetically and practically designed. The surrounding area has many interesting finds and there are no touts or crowds so we were at ease walking about the friendly ancient town at a leisurely pace, shopping and engaging in fun/educational activities. Our stay here is perfect in every way. We are glad we opted to stay here instead of Zhujiajiao.

房間不錯，本來應該是滿分的。但就因為退房之後兩天繼續趕路沒有及時寫評價，居然追着我加微信（因為入住時索要過真實號碼，而不是通過攜程虛擬號碼聯繫我），一天沒通過第二天還繼續，如果真有事找我直接打電話就是了，純屬畫蛇添足，極大消耗了對攜程店家的整體信任度

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

帶6歲孩子和長者入住複式雙床房型，很滿意。空間大，可以和孩子在房裡玩捉迷藏。 服務：前台nice，金卡權益都給備註清楚給到位了。 衞生：房間和公區都乾淨整潔。 早餐：豐盛齊全 長者孩子都很滿意。開餐時間長，喜歡早的和晚的都照顧到。 設施：齊全。電話建議放樓下床邊或水台，機器人送外賣來時電話會響，接慢點或開門慢點，機器人就走了，還得等它到一樓重送。空調這個季節衹能製冷，設不了取暖，就沒用。很安全，上電梯需刷房卡，安全通道進入也需刷卡。 樓下就是網紅家裡蹲餐廳，每一道菜都愛吃，兩天去了三次。附近中華賞石園很值得去。 建議：雙卧房應配取電卡。因住的人多，行動時間不一致。早上長者去用早餐取走取電的房卡、用餐回來插卡取電默認全屋燈光和空調開啟，樓上帶娃還在睡的被吵到。如果提前知道可以提早交換卡，第一次來住沒預判到。

Great place to stay, clean rooms, nice pool, big garden with Bbq available, friendly staff, the only downside is the location, a bit far from the city so you might need to take a taxi everywhere.

Although the hotel provided cloth hangers to hang your clothes on, there was no wardrobe or hooks in the room. However, there were several books in the bathroom.

剛開不久的一家店，自駕的話門口停車免費，開車到惠山古鎮或南長街大約30分鐘（高峯車流大較慢），前台有免費的飲用水和咖啡，房間很大（畢竟不是在市區裏的店），洗澡水也很大，遊玩累了回來洗個舒服澡，前台小姐姐貼心禮貌，住了兩天，整體很滿意！推薦！

自駕遊優選——地下停車場，有洗衣機烘乾機。 1. 停車：酒店後面有地下停車場，車位充足，但回酒店衹有樓梯沒有電梯。每次開車直接出去就行。 2. 房間：挺大的，非常乾淨，也很安靜。雖然不是外窗，但空氣清新。枕頭舒服。 3. 衞生間：洗手池、馬桶、淋浴都是分開的，標準的乾濕分離。水流挺大，熱得也快。 4. 服務：挺好的。前台很熱情，送了入住禮包，考慮到天熱還送了扇子。離開時開發票，也耐心指導，態度非常好。 5. 出行：步行150米就可以進入盪口古鎮，很方便。

很好的露營地，公園有一圈騎行道有電動小車租用，有射箭射擊划船等小項目。房車很乾凈，燒烤也方便適合多家一起來露營遊玩，晚上還有篝火活動，可惜我錯過了，下次約小夥伴一起再來玩。工作人員都十分友善。
