服務非常差的酒店和代理，酒店晚上九點要下班關門，預訂時沒有任何提醒，過程中也不和客人溝通，導致入住當天八點半攜程客服通知才知道這個奇葩的服務，但是由於火車晚點也趕不及九點到，攜程客服説酒店答應可以發送夜間入住方式，結果十點半也沒有發！非常冷的夜裡在街頭凍了二十分鐘，最後無奈去了附近酒店入住，同時跟攜程要求退換全部房款，沒想到最後代理和酒店居然不給退款，這種酒店和代理公司不顧消費者安全，事後沒有合理處理和解決方案，不配被選擇！

Recently completed a more than week-long stay at the Das V Evert Hotel. What a delight! To begin, the hotel is in great condition -- classic Art Deco furniture and design, yet modern amenities (new elevators; remodeled rooms, etc.). The rooms are lovely -- roomy, luxuriously appointed, and very comfortable. The minibars are stocked with free drinks that are replenished by housekeeping (just like on an all-inclusive cruise!). The bathrooms are modern and convenient. The double-layer windows allow for breezes and can shut out noise quite well. The blackout curtains are indeed just that. Fresh flowers, fruit in the lobbies -- it was just lovely. Soft jazz music playing in the entrance lobby area. The service was fantastic. The personal attention from the husband-and-wife team that run the establishment was remarkable. "Just ask us if you need anything," I was told, and indeed they took care of everything. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and helpful. The smorgasbord-style breakfast (12 euros) was delicious and quite filling (those small dishes add up!). I believe you need to specify whether you will be taking that breakfast by the night before. On other days, a croissant and tea/coffee are available (which was great as well). The location was marvelous -- steps away from the River Main, tram stops, and the shops and cafes of Würzburg. The view from the upper floors of the Marienberg Fortress was just spectacular. Overall, I had a marvelous and memorable stay at the Das v Evert hotel. I hope to visit again!!!

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend in December. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The owners could not have been nicer or more friendly and generous. The room was clean and very cozy with a great atmosphere. The hotel is filled with old-world charm but modern amenities. But while all this was terrific, it was the hospitality that stood out most clearly. We look forward to our next visit.

We were so welcomed by the manager/owner of this hotel. After a quick check-in we were given a run down of Wurzburg highlights which we appreciated. And after finding out that we like to walk/hike in the mornings, the manager gave us some excellent nearby recommendations which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is very clean and cared for and in a prime location for enjoying the city. Breakfast was unique and one of the best we've had in our travels. Each guest is brought a personal, beautifully presented tray of cheeses, meats, fruits and jams to accompany the delicious breads and made to order eggs. The only downside was no AC in our room which we knew ahead of time but wasn't a problem as the weather was a typical 78 degrees or 25 celsius.

This boutique charming hotel is home away from home. The owner/managers are super friendly and nice and will do anything in their capacity to ensure your needs are met. Rooms and spacious (for a European standard) and immaculate. They have everything one needs. The breakfast in top quality offered on a smorgasbord tray to your table, you do not need to move. They place fresh in the room and in the bathroom. Very close to the City centre/shops and major attractions. I will definitely come back here. Highly recommended

A lot of care and attention to detail at this stylish hotel Art deco feel mixed with traditional furnishing.. marks the history of the hotel and town. Breakfast was so nice a little of everything in a buffet style… coffee great! Thank you to Wolfgang and his wife for all their help and advice! Parking at back Walk easily to restaurants,riverside Residence palace a must visit Free coffee & many extras in room making it great value.

This was perhaps the best hospitality we’ve experienced in any hotel in the world. There is great attention to detail and impeccable personal service. Be sure to enjoy the breakfast available for guests. We’re fortunate to have stayed here, and I certainly hope to return in the future.

This hotel was a mixed bag. Let‘s start with the positives. The staff (reception and breakfast room) were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room (303) was large and the predominantly wooden furniture luxurious and expensive. The bathroom was modern and everything worked. Mirrors, light fittings, etc, told of a stylish past. And here lie the problems. Firstly, the hotel is not very well maintained; our room carpet was stained. The cluster of buildings which include this (and one other also poorly-rated) hotel is surrounded by roads which are very noisy, meaning open windows at night were not an option. And the hotel room was hot, quite bearable in Autumn but - as other reviewers comment - probably not in summer. A fan was provided, which moved the air about and provided 'white noise' which masked the sound of the Friday night boy racers and drunks. The bed was comfortable, and I actually slept reasnobly well. My wife, who sleeps deeply under any conditions, had no problems at all. Breakfast offered a large choice for a small hotel. Finally, the price. For one night, including breakfast and a tight parking space, we paid nearly Euro 200. On the evening of our arrival I noticed that our hotel was the only one on *********** that still had rooms available….
