The young man at reception when I arrived was very helpful, but my stay did not live up to any other metric for expectation. The room was filthy. There were hand prints all over the walls of the toilet, marks all over the walls of the bedroom, a massive amount of dust buildup behind the television, and there was copper wire and a weight hanging from the radiator. Deeply unimpressed at the lack of care and attention to detail when cleaning. The WIFI internet DID NOT WORK, costing me an evening of work. The payment gateway for unlimited use was broken and did not work. I called the number for m3connect internet services and they said they would 'call me back in the morning'. Not only is that useless when I needed a fix immediately, I would be gone in the morning, AND they did not call back. The 'free' WIFI had a bandwith and data limit that did not allow me to do my work or even watch YouTube or Netflix. The hotel seems to attract guest that are particularly dirty and the smell was awful. When I arrived at reception there was a man who had clearly not washed in days and the smell was horrific - it filled the reception area. I felt very sorry for the member of staff who had to deal with them. There were also many instances of people smoking at the entrance, which is not at all pleasant when arriving or departing the building. No kettle in the rooms and no access to hot drinking water unless reception was open. Reception has short opening hours in the morning and evening. No night porter after 10pm. Breakfast was super limited. Food was labelled incorrectly and placed in the wrong jars (cereals). This is important for people with intolerances. Not good enough.

Je vous déconseille vivement cet hôtel! Nous avons été très mal accueilli. Le personnel est désagréable et n'a rien de professionnel. Nous avons été reçus par des réceptionnistes en training. La chambre est très sale!!! Les essuies ne sont pas changés, il y a des taches sur les draps de lit. Bref, c'est impensable pour un hôtel. Le petit déjeuné est minimaliste, pas d'eau à disposition. Le distributeur de boissons est hors service. Bref, nous avons été dégoûtés de cet hôtel. Cela ne vaut pas pas 80€ / nuit !

We have stayed 1 night, 2 adults and 3 children (July 28 to 29, 2023). There is no elevator or breakfast included. In the room for three people there are only 2 bedding and 2 towels. It smells a lot like tobacco. The price is cheap but we had a serious problem: the check-in machine did not accept the previous reservation payment that we had made online through ***********, forcing us to pay again for the two rooms. The reception staff have not been resolute in proceeding with the refund and refer us to booking, despite the fact that the double payment has been a problem with their self-check-in machine. I hope they will refund us because it is not typical of an international company like Ibis to charge twice for the same service. Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (28. bis 29. Juli 2023). Es gibt keinen Aufzug und kein Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen. Im Zimmer für drei Personen gibt es nur 2 Bettwäsche und 2 Handtücher. Es riecht stark nach Tabak. Der Preis ist günstig, aber wir hatten ein ernstes Problem: Der Check-in-Automat akzeptierte die vorherige Reservierungszahlung, die wir online über *********** getätigt hatten, nicht, sodass wir erneut für die beiden Zimmer bezahlen mussten. Das Personal an der Rezeption zeigte sich bei der Rückerstattung nicht entschlossen und verwies uns auf die Buchung, obwohl die Doppelzahlung ein Problem mit dem Self-Check-in-Automaten darstellte. Ich hoffe, dass sie uns das Geld zurückerstatten, da es für ein internationales Unternehmen wie Ibis nicht typisch ist, für den gleichen Service zweimal zu verlangen.

Wir haben das Hotel für die Heimreise von Paris nach Hamburg bebucht. Zwei Doppelzimmer für uns und unsere 2 (Klein-)kinder. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Autobahn, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir haben für die eine Nacht und zwei Zimmer keine 100€ bezahlen müssen. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen verwohnten Eindruck. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer sehr spatanisch eingerichtet - Ibis eben,... man darf eben nebem einem Fernseher nicht viel erwarten. Es darf in den Zimmern nicht geraucht werden, allerdings roch das Hotel auch so ganz extrem nach altem, abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Könnte daran liegen, dass die Raucher bei offener Eingangstür direkt vor dem Haus positioniert werden und dort auch das Hotelpersonal anzutreffen ist. Der Rauch zieht offensichtlich durch das ganze Haus und setzt sich in den Teppichen und Wänden fest. Im Zimmer roch es auch recht muffig, weshalb wir das Fenster erstmal weit aufreißen mussten. In unserem Zimmer war zudem die Heizung entweder defekt oder ewig nicht entlüftet worden, denn sie machte die ganze Nacht lang immer wieder extreme Geräusche. Gluckern, Klopfen, Poltern. So schlecht habe ich selten geschlafen. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir dieses Hotel noch einmal buchen würden. Die schlechte Luft (trotz des offenen Fensters) und die Geräuschkulisse waren für mich wirklich richtig anstrengend.
