Thank you for letting us have a memorable stay. The lake view scenery is simply breathtaking. And compliments to Derek the hotel manager who goes all out to ensure all our needs are met and making our stay comfortable. Very spacious and beautiful room. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Lushan West Sea Resort at the end of June this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a pool villa with sea views and were blown away by the quality and size of the villa, the beautiful private pool and of course the sea view. The service and care we received at the resort was very good. We were a bit worried on our first night, as when we went to the restaurant the wait staff kept telling us that they did not have any of the dishes we wanted to order available. From a multiple page menu, it seemed that only a few items were actually available. Luckily, our driver, Vincent, who helped us get around the resort came to the rescue and came up with a plan. He helped communicate with the chef to develop a menu for our stay which had all the items that would be available. He then helped us to pre-order our dinners each night to guarantee the food we wanted would be ready on our arrival. We also want to mention that once we arrived at the restaurant each night, our waitress, Laura, provided us with amazing service. She was always friendly and attended to our needs with a smile. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

第二次來酒店，春天的酒店更美了。隨處可見的玉蘭花桃花油菜花，心曠神怡。寬闊的湖面和遠山，水墨畫一般的大美。餐廳也很贊，春季菜品驚艷。期待再來，謝謝每一位工作人員，特別是讓我們賓至如歸的Derek，專業而熱情，非常感謝。😆😆

覺得有點遺憾，可能是季節不對吧。服務是真的不錯，沒有客人早餐在房間裏吃，桌子不夠大，很不舒服，菜品還可以。房費真心有點不值，今天天氣不錯，看到外景還不錯，有小桂林的感覺。不是服務不錯真的要投訴攜程推薦的酒店，對攜程的平台失望了

酒店很大很美！比景區漂亮！禮賓部Tom和大堂經理Derek好評！服務超讚！去哪都有觀光車接送！每一間房都是獨棟，私密感很足。西海住宿強烈推薦！

太棒啦！前一晚住的南昌萬達住的很難受，第二天老公果斷訂了希爾頓，非常的愜意，又安靜又舒服，尤其是臨湖真的心曠神怡。房間都是獨棟小別墅，也蠻整潔乾淨，就是淋浴的地漏不知道怎麼回事水流不出去，洗澡像水漫金山。酒店服務也非常好，寶寶情緒低落酒店前台還送了小鴨子玩具，寶寶回房間後玩了半天特別開心。雖然離外面很遠但是酒店的送餐還是很方便，送餐選擇不多，炒粉很好吃，量也很大。擺渡車也很快很方便，下次出遊還是會選擇這裏度假。最後，老公説要給湯姆小哥💯贊

廬山西海是上過《航拍中國》的國家5A景區，實際距離廬山有一個半小時車程。從廬山下來後找廬山西海的酒店，豪華檔的衹有這間希爾頓格芮精選，遂一路導航過來。到了才知道，酒店在西海的西北面，廬山西海的主景區司馬碼頭在東南面，相差40多公里50多分鐘車程。 但一切都是最好的安排，這間酒店即目的地，應該屬於江西奢華酒店的代表，全島面積15萬平方米，建築面積僅5萬平方，100多名工作人員服務100多間客房，幾乎全部為別墅房型，服務特別貼心到位。 在酒店睡得特別的好，第二天早上參加了酒店特別組織的“島主之旅”活動。由酒店主理人朱總親自帶領客人小團隊遊覽介紹整個酒店。從獲得國際建築大獎的藝術中心，到直面西海如山水潑墨畫般湖光山色的發呆亭。朱總博古曉今，帶大家瞭解西海和酒店的歷史、地理、植被、美食，一窺某段發展史，留下了至深的回憶。 也特別表揚一下禮賓部的陸經理，服務細緻入微，銜接到位，非常專業， 最後建議酒店提升早餐的品質，種類可以不豐盛但是單品品質應該更加精緻，才配得上酒店的定位。

和對象一起來過生日，酒店送了一個小蛋糕。禮賓小哥tom服務也很好，幫我們提了兩天行李，酒店很大，出門可以聯繫前台坐擺渡車很不錯！有機會再去
