Ik verbleef er deze keer twee dagen. Er waren aanzienlijke verschillen in de communicatie over het boekingsproces, maar de daaropvolgende follow-up door het management was prijzenswaardig in het aanpakken en oplossen van de problemen. De kamer was redelijk groot en het nachtelijke uitzicht vanuit het raam was werkelijk indrukwekkend. Het openbaar vervoer in de omgeving is erg handig, hoewel er relatief vaak files zijn. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de 55e verdieping, terwijl de incheckbalie zich op de 56e verdieping bevindt; wie dit erg vindt, kan dit beter overslaan. Voor wie graag een bad neemt, zouden er voor dezelfde prijs andere opties beschikbaar moeten zijn. Afgezien van deze twee punten raad ik dit hotel persoonlijk ten zeerste aan.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

I came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

The hotel room was very cozy and the service was excellent.Patrick took me to the airport. As my leg was froctured, he pushed the wheelchair all the way to the security. check and made a smooth handover with the ariline staff. I'm very groteful for his considerote service 호텔 객실은 정말 아늑했고, 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요. 특히 Patrick 직원분이 공항까지 동행해주셨는데, 제가 다리를 다친 상태라 휠체어를 타고 있었거든요. 보안 검색대까지 직접 휠체어를 밀어주시고 항공사 직원에게도 매끄럽게 인계해주셨어요. 세심하게 배려해주신 서비스에 정말 감사드립니다.

Ik heb ze alle vijf sterren gegeven, niet omdat ze echt goed zijn, maar omdat het servicepersoneel erg beleefd is en ik aarzel om ze lage beoordelingen te geven. Veel van hen zijn problemen met het hotelsysteem en ze zijn machteloos om ze te veranderen. voordeel: 1. Goede omgeving, nieuwe apparatuur, alles is nieuw en er is geen spoor van oud 2. De ontbijtomgeving is ook goed en schoon. Het eten is hetzelfde als in andere hotels (zoals Four Seasons) en de tante die de noedels kookt is erg enthousiast. 3. De locatie is OK. Het is niet ver van Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Het is ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen. Het is niet te dichtbij. Als je de metro neemt, is het OK. tekortkoming: 1. De airconditioning in de lobby was erg zwak. Het was zelfs een beetje benauwd toen ik op de dag van uitchecken op mijn bagage wachtte. De gang buiten de kamer voelde zelfs alsof er geen airconditioning aan was. 2. Er staat geen koelkast in het koelkastkastje en er zitten geen theezakjes in de theezakjesdoos. De receptie zei dat het een nieuw hotel was, dat de koelkast nog onderweg was, dat de theezakjes niet goed waren getraind en dat ze na twee dagen verblijf niet werden bijgevuld. 3. De hotelhanddoeken zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Als je je afveegt na het douchen, zie je overal pluisjes rondvliegen. Het felle licht in de badkamer is vooral opvallend. 4. De kwaliteit van de toiletartikelen is niet goed. Toen ik het haar van mijn vrouw föhnde, voelde ik duidelijk dat het droog werd. Toen ik het hem vroeg, zei hij dat de conditioner haar haar droog maakte. Ik had ook het gevoel dat mijn haar jeukte na het gebruiken van shampoo. Ik gebruik meestal supermarktproducten, die niet erg duur zijn. Dit moet goedkoop zijn. 5. De twee nachten in een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier (kamer 1506) kostten 886, maar het uitzicht op de rivier was eigenlijk 0 (heel scheef, heel scheef), wat gewoon een gimmick was. De tekortkomingen lijken meer op problemen met het hotelsysteem (zoals zwakke airconditioning, bulkaankoop van handdoeken, koelkasten, toiletartikelen, etc.). De receptie was erg beleefd, maar er was niets wat ze konden doen. Het was erg attent om wat snacks te sturen toen ik wegging.

Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
