Excelent location, the view from our room was the Lake. The staff was kind. I recommend you visit this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place

We had a wonderful stay at the east lake hotel! The hotel is indeed a hidden gem with nice lakes. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of us. They made a surprise birthday decoration for our elderly parents. The free commute cart driver Mr Wang told us a lot of stories about the hotel! Thank you so much for making the trip memorable.

Really nice location away from the crowd . Fresh air and nice service staff. Very close to the Provincial Museum and Art Museum. Enjoyed the short stay and the short tour of Chairman Mao’s residence. Will definitely come back next time in Wuhan.

毛主席最愛的酒店，果然美不勝收，還有機會去故居聽講解，非常有意義。前台小姐姐給我升級了0壓房，不明覺厲吧，睡的很舒服，衞生也不錯早餐也不錯，唯一些許無語的是咖啡，好歹放個掛耳吧，這麼有儀式感的速溶給我幹沉默了

很有歷史底藴的酒店，毛主席曾經48次入住，住的南山乙所，旁邊就是主席住過的南山甲所，乙所很多領導人都住過，房間很乾凈，本來以為房間很小，實際感覺還可以，就是充電插頭少點，以後時間充裕希望多住幾晚。

特意來參觀主席故居的，住酒店才能預約，能住在偉人曾經生活過的地方，感覺很榮幸。園區工作人員服務態度特別好，淡季有房源，中午到的早也給安排提前入住了還給升級了房型，還給送了歡迎小果盤。園中景色醉人，一塵不染，整潔有序，有仙氣啊。武漢一定要住這裏感受一下的！

保潔阿姨前台和其他所有遇到的服務人員服務態度都很好，除了12.20早上九點多的禮賓女員工，沒來得及看工號但是那個點禮兵台只有一男一女兩個員工，女員工幫我寄存行李，在我正常説話的情況下她的語氣特別沖，不知道是誰惹她了。反正大早上準備出去玩結果遇到這種事情很敗心情。
住的是南山乙所，設施比較老舊，但是風景很好早上起來還能看日出，還有歡迎小禮品。
早餐也很不錯，選擇種類很多。

感覺東湖賓館是武漢鋼筋水泥中的一片綠洲，環境很好，園子大氣優美，湖邊漫步意境絕佳，值得五星點贊👍與之相匹配的是東湖賓館的服務水平，張永梅領班工作作風踏實高效，對客人訴求及時解決，值得肯定！下次來武漢還會選擇東湖。
