Snow Valley Snowflake Inn

We recently stayed at Snow Valley Harbin, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the owner personally greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. That attentive welcome immediately set the tone for our stay, making us feel more like a guest in a friend’s home than just another traveler. The hotel has a cozy, inviting vibe that pairs perfectly with Harbin’s snowy charm. Common areas are warm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city’s winter attractions. Snowflake isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience of genuine hospitality. The owner’s attentiveness and warm welcome made our trip memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Snow Valley, especially those who value personal touches and heartfelt service.

The owner and team were warm and friendly, it felt like a homestay! Facility is well maintained and spotless and meals were delicious! It took awhile getting used to the disposable bath towel. We booked the triple room for the view and it did not dissapoint! What was outstanding was the owner's hospitality. She arranged for a driver for our 3D itinerary: Harbin-Snow Valley-Snow Village (sightsee)-Harbin. Enjoyed the peace and calm of Snow Valley, and we prefer staying here instead of Snow Town. The trip arranged to the nearby mountain for snowmobile, tubing, banana boat were good value. Views were so so good and we were blesser with thick powdery snow. She accompanied us on the trip and took amazing photos for us on her Insta360. Such hospitality is rare. Recommend staying here! 💯

Location is good and rooms are clean. Lady boss.is very friendly and helpful to arrange activities for us. Highly recommend if you going to visit snow valley.

哈爾濱到雪谷是找雪花安排的包車，一到店後就收到雪花的熱情接待，主動拎行李，帶進房間，房間乾淨，地暖很足，在屋裡穿單衣就行，下午閑來無事就在客棧後面的山上玩雪，雪花那裡有玩雪的工具，山上有秋千，拍照很出片，還有一個滑道，大人孩子都玩的很開心，晚上磕嗑瓜子，一天三餐都在雪花客棧解決，還品嚐了凍梨凍柿子，第二天的羊草山穿越雪鄉也是雪花安排的，從馬拉爬犁到雪地摩託，雪飄到雪鄉，雪鄉大巴迴雪谷，全程無縫銜接，雪谷真的好玩，雪花和客棧的工作人員都很友善，有機會一定會再來的！

ที่พักดีมาก สะอาด อบอุ่นมากเป็นกันเองสุดๆ อยากให้ลองมาพักซักครั้งแล้วจะติดใจ แนะนำให้พกขนมมาไว้ซักนิดเพื่อดึกๆหิว

雪花老闆超級熱情也很專業，幾乎做到了有問必答有求必應。 我們下午到的，去的狗熊嶺，安排的陪玩工作人員也很貼心，整個行程比較順利，體驗很好。

第二次來啦，這次帶着長者和小孩一起，第一次堆雪人，好好玩，這次去了霧凇嶺，小孩玩得都不想走了，説下次還要來雪花姐姐這裏，這裏還有一衹可愛的“小團圓”😃😃😃😃
