Hotel Sofia by the Railway Station Wroclaw

Tegenover het treinstation is het niet ver lopen naar de oude stad Hoewel de uitrusting een beetje verouderd is, is de locatie goed en het ontbijt is matig.

Hotel schoon, goede locatie, geweldig.

I stayed on 5th floor - room was very clean, bathroom quite new, I was actually suprised how nice room I had for the price I paid. I even had 2 windows in the ceiling. Staff helped with querries if needed and they responded so quick for all my messages which was great! Thanks Location is good as very close to all shops and train station. I was on strict diet so couldnt try the breakfast. The reason why I will not give 5 stars is because I didnt have spoon at all. With my diet and reason of my trip ( important scan next day) I could not stir properly anything I had to eat. I could ask staff for one but I lost my voice so couldnt call reception and couldnt leave the room as part of pre treatment for the scan. Overall: I will definately stay again while in Wroclaw! Thank you

We had really good stay in this hotel. Twin room was large, clean, spacious. Bathroom the same. Lady at the reception desk polite, helpful and informative. Good night sleep. Location is excellent, opposite train station. Would recommend. Price per night better then other hotels.

Beware of this hotel! One of my two reservations was canceled (there was a free cancellation option), they charged me anyway and did not refund my money. It's been 3 months. The pictures they post are incorrect! The rooms are old, not renovated, dirty and falling apart, the staff members are rude, they also manipulate currency conversions and take an extra 10 percent fee on top of the price., don't go to this place!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures on *********** nothing like the hotel and omits to say there's building work going on next door.Holes in bedding,lamp shades cut in half either side of the bedside lamps. Tape stuck over a hole in another lampshade.Smell of stinking drains in room.Tea and coffee in room but no milk when we phoned down to get some was told we drink it black!! so no milk. Thought it couldn't get much worse till we went for so called breakfast. First hotel I've been to without toaster and not able to make own cappuccino. Reception staff not at all helpful. Asked her to call a taxi on checkout to be told it would take about half an hour due to bad weather (roads clear) went outside and hailed one ourselves in a matter of minutes. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Where do I start! Booked a room well in advance only to arrive and be told that the room I'd booked for me and my daughter had been cancelled. They had no rooms left so we had to stay in the same room with family members, on pull-out beds. The beds were very uncomfortable and the smell in the room was so bad we slept with Vic's under our noses! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!
