We waren hier voor 4 nachten tijdens onze reis door Polen. Het hotel ligt heel centraal op 500 meter van de historische binnenstad. Het hotel ligt in een trendy wijk met een groot aanbod aan horeca,terrasjes, street art, hofjes,parken en openbaar vervoer binnen 500 meter We kregen een mooie ruime kamer, met een comfortabel kingsize bed met een topdekmatras, koelkastje,safe,waterkoker,bureau en 2 stoelen, flatscreen tv. Bediening de.m.v Ipad. Een lichte badkamer met toilet en inloopdouche. Ontbijt: Lekker uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet Je kunt ervoor kiezen om binnen te zitten, of bij goed weer buiten op het overdekte terras. Het hotel biedt 24/7 gratis koffie / thee voor de gasten Restaurant Mogelijkheden voor lunch of diner, een hapje of een drankje. Tip: Het hotel heeft een aantal leenfietsen beschikbaar., deze kunnen niet vooraf worden gereserveerd. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor het maken van leuke fietstochten bijv: langs de singel en door de stadsparken naar bijv: gebied Piasek eiland. De Tumski brug naar de overzijde van de rivier

Mooi hotel centraal gelegen, er ontbreekt niks. Parkeergarage bij het hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt, gratis koffie en thee. Mooie functionele kamers. Heel aardig personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt Prachtige tuin waarin je kunt relaxen.Kortom een aanrader.

Modern hotel with excellent cleanliness standards. Young and helpful staff. Favorable location for visiting Wroclaw, close to the bus stop from/to the airport. The city center is also reachable within a few minutes' walk. Heating, lighting, TV, etc. in the room can be adjusted via a dedicated tablet, a modern (and even fun) system. Our room couldn't be described as spacious, but overall the size was sufficient. Automatic coffee, tea, and other hot beverages machine always available for guests, very useful!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great location. Very comfortable room. Staff are young, friendly, relaxed and competent. Very nice breakfast buffet and we had a good evening meal there on one night too. We thoroughly recommend the PURO.

Puro is such a great hotel. The rooms have enough space for what you'd usually need, there's an option to swap your pillow for a harder one if the soft one is too soft, there's free WiFi as well... I'm most impressed by the food though - this was by far the best breakfast bar I've seen in a hotel and they also had a coffee machine available to guests 24/7 so you could grab a drink (and a fruit snack) any time you needed it. The hotel is in a very good location - it's on the edge of Wrocław's old town, so it's far enough from the noisiest streets, but close enough for a walk. The staff at Puro were always super courteous and very helpful, I was really impressed by their attitude towards all the guests - huge thank you for all your help and patience if any of the staff are reading this!

+Excellent breakfast - you can pick the food from the buffet but you can also order the meals from the menu, nice view from the classic plus room (walking path along the river + nice garden), comfortable bed, quite room (you can hear someone on the corridor but not really once they enter their room), tablet as a way to adjust lights, temperature etc., I feel like the biggest + is the fact that the classic plus room has the check out at 2 p.m so you don't have to be in a rush in the morning or wander around the city with your suitcase, really nice staff :) the building is quite small - only 3 floors so you don't really bump into other people all the time, nice location - right by the river, close to the railway station, market square and there are many nice bars and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood -I would add more lights as the overall set up was more towards this relaxing vibe and sometimes I just felt like it was a bit too dark. I would also allow more lightswitch confugurations as basically one was in charge of the whole room (you can control the intensity on the tablet but it does not solve the issue). As my trip was in November, I feel like even the warmest temperature setting was still quite cold. I'm not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms (there is a curtain so it makes it a bit better) The cons are mostly my personal prefrences so they don't really take away from the really nice experience :)

After a fab stay at the Puro Hotel in Gdańsk last year, we chose to stay at this one in Wroclaw and loved it just as much. Excellent location 5 mins walk from the old town and over the road from a couple of lovely restaurants and wine bar. Cosy rooms with underfloor heating in the bathroom, great water pressure in the shower, iron on request and comfy beds. Delicious breakfast, free quality coffee in reception at any time.. the list goes on. Absolutely no complaints and better than some 5 star hotels. Next stop Puro Krakow!

The friendliest of reception staff - Daniel was exceptional, as was his English. Lovely area to read, drink coffee and relax. The place was spotlessly clean and extremely well organised - we went for a week, were able to ask when we wanted our room cleaned, and were given the option of firmer pillows - how considerate. It would have been 5 star BUT I do like coffee and tea making facilities in my room. HOWEVER, great value for money
