Nice hotel however the service is non existent. When checking in I was simply given a key and told 16th floor, with no information about amenities, restaurant times or anything about the hotel. After dragging 2 large cases to the 16th floor, my room was no where to be seen!
I made my way back to the reception with my bags and asked them to show me my room, to which he replied - it’s over the road in the other building! No details given throughout my stay which is a shame. The restaurant made me wait 45 minutes until ordering a drink (after being sat down), then my main course came out with my starter. I sent the mains back, however in the 10 minutes it took to eat my starter, the main course was brought back out sadly ruined by being left on the hot plate for so long (starters were left out and not cleared, see picture).
Extremely poor service, however the hotel is in a prime location and is cleaned and looked after very well.
